Always helpful and knowledgeable. Went in tonight 3 minutes before closing, and the gentleman was still happy to help me find what I needed. A refreshing change of pace from the average retail employees these days.

Great store. May be a chain but has the "shop local" feel definitely not found at the big box store. Staff ask if you need assistance every few aisles so it is my first check whenever I'm looking for anything related to a project at home or work.

If you need help with a project from serious and experienced people, then staff at Abel's Ace Hardware is the right place. They have a great smart and experienced staff that is very willing to answer questions. It's worth it!

I go here before home depot pay more but i don’t go back, 2-3 times to get a project done because of their knowledge

What can you say, I'm glad we are still small enough to still have a Home Town Hardware Store. Always friendly, always have the nut and bolt you need. Did I mention how friendly they are there. It's always refreshing to not have to go to the big box guys. I enjoy my time in there. Thanks Ace.

This store is always wonderful to shop in. They have knowledgeable staff members who genuinely want to help people improve their worlds. I found a gentleman named Norm there. He is a retired plumber. I am relatively handy, but I'm not a plumber by any means. I'm just a mom and grandmother who had DIY parents. I wanted to try to replace the guts on my shower. I didn't know if I could do it. Norm was realistic in his description of what it'd take to fix it. He set some parts aside for me after he realized I didn't have 4 pieces that I'd need. I FIXED IT!!!!!!! My grandbabies can now take a bath in a tub that doesn't have a drippy faucet. All of the staff treat me with respect, and they have a "can do" attitude. Other employees in other stores (coughhomdepotcough) in town haven't always been great. I'll shop at this store for everything I possibly can. Thank you Ace, and thank you Norm. :)

Trucks remote beeper didn't work. Serviceman put a new battery in and I was on my way in a matter of moments. Always great service every time that I've shopped there...
