Hertz Car Rental - Littleton - East County HLE

Rented for the holidays and they were great!!! Stayed until close to closing time for us and were very easy to deal with. Kind, quick, got us the car we wanted. Car ran great, easy in, easy out! East drop off! Will definitely rent here again!! Charges were what they said they would be. 100% impressed. Thanks, guys, you made our holidays better!

Our car had to go into the shop and the kind folks at hertz quickly helped us find a similar sized vehicle and had it ready to go when we arrived. It was quick easy process and the staff was friendly.

I already rent for a couple times, and its all easy and effective. The car are clean, comfortable, good machine, everything is great. I made a mistake and their help me easily, 🥹

I've had excellent experiences at this Hertz® Location. I'd particularly like to mention and recognize Peter for his professionalism and outstanding service. His effort going above and beyond to meet my customer needs and expectations was exceptional -- Certainly superior to any experience I've ever had renting vehicles in the past. Peter, I can't thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism. You consistently provide 6-Star service and it shows.

Update: I would like to see cleaner cars at pickup. My last rentals at this location haven't been particularly clean on both the exterior and interior. Hopefully that won't be an issue moving forward :)

I rent here often. Great location and rarely a problem with the cars. I used to rent & and the car was out front waiting. That is no longer the case, but it could be because they are short staffed, so really not a big deal or anything to complain about. Staff works very hard!

Jordan rocks! He is super focused on customers. On a high traffic holiday weekend, he went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle.

I ended up sitting here longer than I intended waiting on my roommate to bring my debit card. The staff was super nice. James and Jordan were very accommodating even though I was awkwardly sitting around, and the fella who picked me up from the collision center was a great guy, and had some great conversation.

Due to my wife's vehicle being involved in an accident we chose to rent a vehicle from this location. The first agent we worked with didn't explain anything to us regarding the car, the costs or the policies. We requested to have the additional coverage added on and that cost was not explained either. He grabbed my card and swiped it.
The following visits to this location I worked with both Jessica and Mariah. Both of who were extremely pleasant to work with and very understanding to our situation. We ended up being in the same vehicle for two and a half months due to the dealership making the repairs on our vehicle dragging their feet. We had to extend the rental multiple times and renewed our contract during this time as well. The vehicle was clean and full of gas at the time of pick up and dropping it off was quick and painless. I highly recommend this location and asking for Jessica or Mariah. They are awesome!

We rent cars a lot for travel and car repair, and I have never been so happy with a company! They picked up the car from my auto shop both times, they were kind, helpful and explained everything. Not to mention the car was great; clean and comfortable. They really care excellent over all experience! We definitely found our go to car rental location.

My brother and I were visiting Denver for a family reunion last week. We originally made a reservation with Enterprise, but when we arrived to pick up our car they claimed they ran out of them and they were pretty rude about it. We were completely stranded, so I called Hertz and asked if they had a car available. The gentleman who helped us out (Austin) went above and beyond as far as customer service. He was friendly, empathetic, and incredibly professional. I will recommend this location a thousand times simply for the experience that Austin gave us. He deserves a giant raise!

Positively pleased with prompt and professional care, despite expectations being set on negative by reading earlier reviews. One manager acknowledged problems in the past but said staff reorganization was addressing them. When I phoned, Austin apologized for immediate lack of available cars due to onslaught of hail damage claims, but promised to call when something became available. The next day he contacted me and I found the whole process smooth, including the part where they would bill my insurance because my car was totaled. In the end, they taxied me to a dealership a few miles away where my new car was waiting. Thanks much to Austin and staff for the kind, caring help you gave me after my traumatic auto accident.

Twice. I've had to use this Hertz twice. Almost exactly a year apart from each other. I chose this Hertz location again because of my awesome experience I had the first time.

Todd, Joseph (or Jacob, I'm sorry!) and the rest are all great. The Ford Escape I had was loaded and an awesome drive and they also pick you up/drop you off at the start/end of your trip to wherever within 5 miles!

Braxton was extremely kind and efficient. He helped me get a rental car when I needed repairs done on my Jeep. He made sure I could fit car seats and a stroller in my rental and answered any questions I have. I have always used other rental services before this but when calling around he gave the best customer service and I will be a returning customer because of this.

The people that worked there were very pleasant,no wait at all to rent or return, and got a great rate! Good location too. Used again in 2020,they were even better! Very fast and personable,gave me a wonderful car. Go with J.D.,not sure of last name:)

Todd, JD, and Peter are fantastic ambassadors for Hertz. I've had several rentals from October 2019-March 2020 and their customer service is over the top. I won't rent from anybody else and neither should you!

I needed to pick up the vehicle early and they were flexible. I was able to come get it, it was clean and a quick process. Returning it was also simple. Super friendly amd awesome folks there. Will rent again from them!

The 311 E County line branch was phenomenal at taking care of my needs and even gave me a substantial upgrade on top of my order. Wouldn’t have chosen a different location even if Hertz paid me.
