Every. Single. Person. here is amazing. *Especially* the dental hygienist and dentist themselves but from the moment you call you will feel at ease.

They are gentle, kind, NON JUDGEMENTAL and most importantly professional.

As a woman, I usually prefer woman providers for all things medical. I just don’t usually feel too comfortable with men in that close proximity. This dentist is not one of those men. He is respectful, kind and not condescending. Never felt uncomfortable, pushed around, minimized. Just a patient getting dental work. The dentist was in the Navy and tells sweet stories of his time serving. Feels more like a friend helping a friend than a scary dentist trying to poke and hurt you.

Overall amazing experience and I am out of this world relieved to have finally found a dentist!

I was so pleased with the care I received at South Broadway Dental Clinic. I had a root canal and I am very anxious at the dentist office. But Dr. Sheidel and his staff helped me to relax with their kindness and professionalism . The procedure was not the ordeal I’ve had in the past with different dentists. The pain following the procedure was almost non-existent. PLUS, the root canal only required one appointment as the crown was being crafted at the office during my root canal. It slipped on perfectly. I could not be more pleased.

Next level service at South Broadway Dental Care! The modern equipment made for a refreshing experience while the staff brought that extra touch. Dr. Scheidel, Ashley, Linda, and team were all so friendly and educational. A dentist visit can feel like checking off a chore but they helped me to actually understand what was going on in addition to fixing it.

That was my previous review three years ago. A lot of things have changed in the last three years. New owner, new dentist, and a new staff. Fortunately the quality of care and level of customer service is still high above any other dentist I have been to. i recommend South Broadway to everyone I know. Especially people I know that are afraid or intimidated by the dentist. Thanks for all of the high quality work I have received.

Everyone who works here are wonderful people. They really care about your well being. I appreciate how efficient Dr. Scheidel is, he gets you in and out quickly. Which is great if you have dental worries. Ashley at the front desk can help you with anything with a smile and she makes you understand what’s next. I really like Linda the dental hygienist, she checks everything thoroughly and really gets your teeth clean. She’s so fun to chat with too. My biggest like is that everyone remembers you when you walk in, I like that a lot. Feels very homey.

Dr. Scheidel, Ashley, Linda and the entire team are awesome at South Broadway Dental. We moved to the neighborhood 4 years ago and needed a dentist that was closer to home. I literally went in with a new patient flyer and could not have been more pleased. They are professional, gentle, explain insurance, go over procedures and are personable. They also are very good about explaining the financials and what is best and most cost effective for us as patients. I was not just a patient and a number. They asked about my dog and boyfriend every time I was in. They remembered me. I finally convinced my very reluctant boyfriend to go in. He was amazed and said the experience was nothing like "going to the dentist". He was astonished on how efficient and caring they were...and he is no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Seriously! If we ever move out of the area, we would keep this team as our dentist family. They are worth it and we thank them for their commitment to our oral health!

It's been 15 years since my last dentist visit and I had to get my first root canal. Dr. Scheidel and the entire team was professional and friendly. I didn't feel a thing during the process and left completely happy. Highly recommend.

Before meeting Dr. Scheidel, I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 15 years. To say my teeth were in bad shape is an understatement. From the get-go, Dr. Scheidel was honest about what to reasonably expect. He and his team have demonstrated their knowledge and expertise in the field of dentistry and I can safely say my teeth have never been in better shape. Above all else, the team at South Broadway Dental Care operate with a level of friendliness, passion, and integrity that clearly communicates they prioritize the health and well being of their patients more than anything. So happy I found Dr. Scheidel and his team as my new dentist. I spent my entire life only seeing one dentist who happened to be my dad. When he unfortunately passed away only a couple years ago, I was nervous to find someone who could provide me the same level of care. I’m happy to say I’ve found someone who I trust can offer that to me. 10/10 would recommend him as your dentist!

A great place for your dentistry needs. The doctor and technicians are excellent. Ashley works with you to understand your bill and insurance coverage. Linda cleans your teeth happily and gives advice on how to improve your gum health. And Dr Scheidel is skilled in advanced procedures to take care of your teeth including fabricating your crown right in the office as you look on. I'm very pleased by the people and service rendered.

We recently switched over to SBDC after years with another dentist, and we wish we had done it sooner! Dr. Scheidel, Linda and the rest of the team are so knowledgeable and friendly. You really feel like they care about your dental health.

I’ve been a patient at South Broadway Dental Care for almost two years now and it is hands down the best dental practice. The staff is very friendly and professional and the facility is always pristine. Like most people I’ve never been a fan of the dentist and have overcome a lot of dental anxiety, but I always look forward to my appointments and feel completely calm when being treated by Dr. Scheidel and his dental assistants. I’ve received cleanings, fillings and am currently using Invisalign and I’ve been happy with every service!

Dr Scheidel and his staff are very friendly and have developed a treatment plan for my entire family with great results. I like how they have an option to communicate over text messaging to make things more convenient. I also found out he served as a dentist in the the Navy and I’m happy to support a veteran owned business.

I have been in search of a dentist I could trust for my grandfathers dentures for what feels like forever, and I’m so happy I put that trust in Dr. Scheidal! He’s walked us through every step of the process and has made my grandpa feel very comfortable and taken care of. The staff that works here as well is so friendly and welcoming. This is the best dental clinic you’ll find . Stephanie was very helpful as I was lost and having trouble with my navigation. She assured me that I could still make my appointment and guided me to the right location . Zarine was friendly and enthusiastic. Zareen is super kind and very welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all during my extraction appointment. Dr. Jenson is the best dentist I ever had. Front desk Stephanie is very friendly. This dental office exceeded all my expectations!
