Absolutely the only place I'd consider for my car audio needs, and the only place I've gone for my cars since 2009. Have an issue? They'll fix it ASAP, and the quality of workmanship holds up over time...which is important.

Jared fixed a small issue I had today within 20 minutes...and he's also the guy who installed everything for me when I swapped them into my current car in 2018. The woofers are going on 10 years old and sound as great as ever. Appreciate you guys

I can't say enough about PDA. They did a fantastic job on my truck. I've gotten so many compliments about the sound I. My truck now. I wish I would have found them sooner. I had just dropped several thousand on an audio system in another vehicle from Car Toys. It is night and day..... PDA knocked it out of the park. They are now my go to shop!

I am really happy with the work done on my car. I ended up making a custom fiberglass sub box but the wiring aspect and getting the speaker hooked up was just not even slightly in the realm of my knowledge base. My car is a brand new model that hasn't been manufactured before this year, so there wasn't much information regarding the wiring in the car. These guys were able to figure it out and get the amp and sub connected within a few hours. I had to run to a meeting and couldn't stick around to test it, but the bass was SUPER bass-y on the drive home. I have them a call and they were happy to instruct me on how to lower the gains knob on the amp and my car now has a sound system I'm really proud of and happy to listen to. Will definitely return for any other improvements I want to make in the future. Trust them wholeheartedly. 😊

We had a backup camera and radio installed in my daughters 2011 Silverado. Their team knocked it out of the park with our expectations. They professionally took the time to show her how it works and kindly answered all her questions.
We had such a great experience we took our 2012 Lincoln MkZ in to fix that radio. The amplifier was going out. Not only did they fix it, but they went the extra mile when we picked it up. They provide exemplary customer service with a smile! We will be back. Thank you!

PDA Road Gear installed a complete car stereo system, ditch lights, CB radio, cell phone extender, and trailer brake controller in my new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. I chose PDA due to their long history (1980) and numerous positive reviews. I was not disappointed; Guy was friendly and professional and anticipated what I would want and checked in when he had questions. The install was scheduled for the next day and was completed the following day. I QA'd the work and was amazed at the level of quality and specifically on the attention to smallest details. I highly recommend PDA Road Gear for any auto electronic work!

I have taken my car stereo needs to Car Toys and (Quality Auto Sound a few yrs ago) but I've had some issues with their installs and customer service was not that great. They don't care about what you need, they only care about up-selling you items you don't want or need.
I am extremely happy I found PDA Road Gear. They fixed the rattle from my rear deck and passenger doors. Brian took the time to figure out if it was the speakers that needed to be replaced or if hush mats would fix the issue. He listened to everything I needed at that moment and what I would like done in the future. PDA's customer service is on-point!

Honest ,knowledgeable and to the point kind of staff ...Jared was our guy that helped and he won't ever let ANYONE walk out of that place without them know every single detail of what they installed. I took my vehicle into PDA for a new head unit and a revamp to an already good sounding system. Other stores weren't giving me confidence that they would do a good job. PDA and Bryan had me comfortable from the start and I ended up with an install that exceeded my expectations and a system that now sounds great rather than just good. PDA and their staff are the real deal.

They installed front and rear dash cams I had gotten as a gift. They were kind, quick, and affordable! Very happy I was referred to them after seeing terrible reviews and unreasonable prices everywhere I had looked previously.

Quality work, great prices and customer service. We encountered complications with not only getting access to parts for my stereo but with the installation too. PDA staff worked hard to make everything right and I am very pleased with the outcome. Will do business with them again!

Excellent customer service ( pre/post purchase). Knowledgeable ( knew exactly what I needed to address what i wanted), skilled tech ( took 1/2 time that other shop needed to perform identical installation) and surprisingly was the least expensive and had the unit within a few days while other authorized resellers needed 3 weeks. As far as I can see top notch workmanship as well. Would not hesitate to take my other mobile audio upgrade needs to them.

SO RARE to find companies like this. I never leave reviews really... but this is one of those service experiences I have to say was EXCELLENT. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, and tailored the sound system to my preferred style of music, but a few months later, my subwoofer randomly stopped working and they swapped it out per warranty at no charge! Great knowledge, great service, I will be a customer for life.

I have a 98 Jeep Wrangler that had an old amp in it and wires running everywhere. The folks at PDA Road Gear had to drill it out and collected up all the old wiring and replaced the radio with a much better one. They were very professional, they explained everything to me, and the price was very good. I would highly recommend them to do any audio work you might need done. Great shop, great people.

My phone "hangs up" on Android auto, but they ran the ropes to make certain it wasn't a stereo or installation issue.

My remote start was not working due a dealership somehow breaking it while doing other repairs on my vehicle. In fact they referred me to PDA! I spoke to Pete, who booked me in the next day. Got it fixed and worked with the shop who originaly broke it.

The crew there at PDA were phenomenal and took the time that people rarely do today. They care about their products and the customers they serve AND...they aren't gong to waste your time. They got the job done!

These guys are phenomenal and I'm sure you will have the same experience that I had. Get your products from these guys, they will take care of you and at a GREAT price.

I needed a security system for my contractor van and not only was PDAs pricing better than the big box stores, they even offered a mobile service to come to my office so I could work while having the system installed.
