Such a fun brunch spot! The staff was super awesome and accommodating to my dietary restrictions! And offered a suggestion on a dairy free sauce option for my bowl!

I really loved the freshness of the food, coffee drinks and smoothies our party enjoyed! The inside theme was so cute! Such a good hidden gem near the mall I can't wait till the next visit I look forward to trying the griddlecakes 🤤😋🥰

This is such a good breakfast spot! Huge variety of dishes, from classic diner breakfasts to their own burritos and skillets. I got the Snickerdoodle coffee drink and country skillet. Absolutely delicious. This will be my go-to breakfast spot from now on, even though it's not as close as others.

Oh my goodness how have I lived 2 miles from this gem of a cafe and never been before? Everything was just perfect. The vegan options were flavorful and it seemed like there was a lot of consideration for what foods would taste good together while providing nourishment. It is a tad spendy for breakfast, but completely worth it. Everything was just...elevated. Especially customer service. Give it a try, you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back!

Blue Sky is a classic cafe located in a busy shopping district in Lakewood. I have been here twice and have had great meals both times and have found the service staff to be amazing.

This morning I arrived early and chose to have the Crispy Huevos for breakfast. The meal was delicious and full of flavor from the crispy corn chips topped with veggies, chorizo, green chile, and two eggs on top. If you are a fan of green chile then the breakfast burrito was another great dish all smothered in their delicious chile.

It is nice to have breakfast places that know how to make great chile and then have a bunch of items on their menu that feature it. This allows you to enjoy it over and over again without getting bored. If you are not into chile, rest assured that they have lots of other options available to you. Classic breakfasts with eggs hashbrowns and sausage or pancakes are available on their menu.

The wait staff here is also amazing. They have all been around for a while and know how to deliver friendly great service. The kitchen is really quick especially if you arrive early, but they crank the food out fast so you know you will be enjoying your meal soon.

Luke was the sweetest & friendliest server ever! The smoothie was amazing, fresh ingredients & very healthy-friendly. The breakfast we both had were perfect in terms of ingredients, taste & freshness. I highly recommend the sweet potatoe waffles. When we come back to Colorado this restaurant will be a MUST.

We stumbled on this establishment a number of years ago while visiting Colorado. We loved it so much, that now, we return every precious time we are in the area. It is situated in a plaza, so we had reservations walking in that it was going to be too "chainy". There was a bit of a wait on the weekend, which was a mild inconvenience, but also a good omen that we were dining "where the locals dine". Indeed, our experience was terrific. The novelty-flavored coffee beverages are a great way to start. Their standard breakfast fare (e.g., eggs, waffles, pancakes) are delicious, and the prices are not unreasonable. The service has been great every time we've been there, and the atmosphere is delightful. Just look up, and you'll see the peaceful blue clouds...We can't wait to return - recommend.

Came her for the first time this weekend and will def be returning again! Walking up the place you can see that it was packed and busy! When requesting a table they told me it'll be about a 20-25min wait. Which is fine so I went to wait in my car. Not even 10min later they had a table ready! The server was super kind and attentive! The food and drinks come out pretty quick compared to how busy it was. I loved the strawberries and cream waffle , the Elvis shake , my eggs and bacon duh! They had pretty cool ceilings that gave Cesars place vibes. Overall loved it! :)

Wonderful service and fantastic brunch options. We went twice during our stay since conveniently located near our hotel. Delicious omelets, French toast, smoothies, milkshakes, and coffee. Even have almond milk. The inside decor is lovely, with painted ceiling and lots of art. The servers were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Best sweet potato and pecan griddle cakes ever!!!! Very nice lean mean protein egg white omelette!!! I also tried the Oregon Chai shake...wha?!?!?!?!? Sooo good...grabbed a snickerdoodle latte for housemate so can't comment yet but if brekkie is ANY indicator...I'm sure it will be amazing. They offer milk alternatives, egg whites, not sure about vegan options but didn't peruse menu a lot..short on time. For what I ordered to go...no complaints here.

One of my favorite breakfast places in the metro area. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Been coming here for years.

Great breakfast spot! The interior is cute with a blue sky ceiling. The coffee is delicious and they give you a pitcher of coffee and water for the table which is amazing. Everything I have gotten is amazing but my favorite are the breakfast burrito and blue sky special with a waffle side. The waffles are amazing!

This place had no wait at 8:30 am on a Saturday!!! We were happily greeted at the door and sat at a very small table for two. Our service was excellent!! We order coffee, Oregon honey Chai (highly reccomend). For breakfast we ordered the burrito brekafast bowl add sauagase and a Great American Brekfast with Sourdough and fruit. Accommodating to vegetarian but no plant based meats available. The food wasnt the best breakfast ive ever had more on the over priced side. The homefries are weird slices of potatoes. HUGE variety on the menu and a juice bar plus smoothies. Kid and family friendly. Really cool atmosphere with the ceiling painted as a beautiful blue sky covered in white Fluffy clouds!

This is our second time eating in this restaurant in the past eight months. The food is outstanding, as is the service. We don’t live very close to here, but we were in the neighborhood, and had breakfast there again. Our server, Luke was outstanding. They were very busy, yet he was able to handle all of his tables and ensure that we were well taken care of. He had a very pleasant attitude about his work, and went about it very well. I had the smothered burrito with ham, my son had the blue corn piñon nut pancakes. Both were outstanding.

This place lives up to it's reviews. We ate brunch there on a Monday morning on our way from Keystone to the airport. It was packed and we were still seated within 10 minutes. My husband ate the Honey Chipotle Chic Blue Corn Waffle Stack. He said it was the best breakfast food he had ever had! I had an omelet that was very tasty and my daughter had the French toast.

A fantastic brunch spot with a large menu and specialty smoothies/coffee options. Even though the place was super busy, they found a table for me after a very short wait and my food came out relatively quickly. The entire wait staff was incredibly friendly and my server, Taylor, did a fantastic job. I greatly enjoyed my experience at Blue Sky and I’m looking forward to returning soon.

Wow! What an awesome breakfast experience! The food at the Blue Sky was awesome! Great variety of selections, and they also include a juice bar! The Restaurant Manager Jeery was out on the floor, interacting with both his staff and guests!
This Restaurant is very busy for great reasons! It was not only delicious food, and fantastic service, but beautiful inside and out, they take great pride in keeping a clean establishment, including clean and well maintained bathrooms with hot water.

5/5 - We ordered the Crispy Huevos, Savory Breakfast Bowl and 1 sweet potato pecan pancake. Everything was delicious and fresh. I appreciate that they have tons of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options to choose from. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m from out of town but hope to have one more meal here before leaving.

We are out of state travelers and searched for the best breakfasts nearby. Boy does Blue Sky fit the bill. Both our meals were fantastic, and servings were ample. You won’t leave hungry! Service matched the quality of the food. You won’t regret choosing this place.

This place has been going strong for a while now and the quality has actually gotten better if that was even possible. They have smoothies…. I repeat that have smoothies, and no one has smoothies in Lakewood. The food is hot and amazing and they have never disappointed in the 50+ times I’ve been here. This place is amazing.

This place is really good, but just too expensive now for what it is. Dishes are about $14 and ANY beverage (soda, coffee, milk, tea etc) is $4.
Doesn't keep people away though, this place is always decently busy. I'd call agead and be prepared to wait during peak times. Servers are great and the food comes out fast.
