I think most drivers are good there is just a few rude ones

The service is about 85% reliable. The problem I have with them, is that their trips only coordinate with the other transit systems at Everett station for rush hour. All other times of the day, you're waiting 30- almost 60 minutes! Also, I don't understand why their management thinks that cutting trips will increase ridership????

Avoid using ORCA if you possibly can!
The machines to add money at the retail locations are often broken for weeks, and you have no way of knowing until you take the bus all the way there, or call ahead every single time. The website has an issue where the money will be taken from your account but not added to the ORCA card. The call center seems to close down hours before they're scheduled, so you can't add money that way either.

I also chose my house based on my 12 minute commute directly to work, not long after moving in they changed the routes so it takes me three busses and over an hour and a half and leaves me a mile or so walk.

More likely early! Missed the bus frequently do to the driver's being early.

Employees look down on customers. People struggling to simply live another day should not be subjected to the attitudes and condescension of the employees in this place. The things I have seen and the ways people have been treated are utterly disgusting
