They are very good. The best USPS you’ll walk into. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. I didn’t think I will ever walk into a USPS where people are so polite and happy in general. Got the fingerprinting service done for Police clearance certificate, it was smooth and a true American experience.

I have no idea why anyone would rate this post office so poorly. In my experience (and I come here often) they are quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I drive from a nearby town to this location because of their customer service and efficiency. In particular, there are two men who work here who deserve to be management. One works on the far right kiosk and the other in the middle kiosk. No complaints whatsoever about this place and highly recommend it to anyone in a hurry.

Don’t pay attention to most of the low reviews, it’s for their delivery drivers not the actual service inside the post office. This place is a rarity!

This is arguably one of the best post offices in the general area. Service is amazing and they’re very very patient with customers, that’s unheard of now. If you’ve been to any other Snohomish County USPS you know it’s bad out there.

Enjoy this place, treat the employees well, and calm down please, these people are just trying to survive like you and I.

I drop off packages at this location nearly every single day. I've been coming here for years. The current staff is AMAZING! Steve is the BEST! They are all so friendly, helpful and patient. There can be a line here so be prepared ahead of time. If you buy postage online there is a drop bin just inside the doors and also one in the customer service area. THANK YOU to everyone here who works so hard. I never have a problem with my packages going thru this location. Also, my local carrier is stellar too! Thankful for you all.

I'm sad to see all the poor reviews on Google for the Snohomish post office. I moved here about 2 years ago, and have found the staff to be the friendliest bunch of any post office I've frequented.

Unknown to me, half of my order from amazon prime got shipped via USPS and I don't have a mail box. It was my mistake but wasn't informed by Amazon until it was at the the post office for 2 days ( it wasn't supposed to arrive that early so I didn't check the updates until amazon informed there was a problem with the delivery. The update said it was being shipped back to seller. I went to the post office to see if it was still there and the employees went over and beyond the call of duty searching for the package and ended up finding it. This wasn't the first time this happened nor the first time they went out of there way to find my mail. Thank you all that work there!! You make a great team. Sincerely J.T Adams.

Going to the Snohomish, WA post office has always brought me an experience of five star customer service with experienced clerks who are happy to help in all my mailing needs.

While some times the lines will be long the counter staff is always cheerful and willing to help you to the best of their ability. Always a fun atmosphere and caring environment.

We booked a passport appointment here, very nice and friendly office and staff. The appointment took 10 minutes, very quick and efficient. Positive experience. Kids have got lollipops :)

Brian was accurate, informative, and cordial while processing our first passport application.
Other post offices closer to our home were all booked for passport appointments, so we had to book here few weeks in advance and make the drive. We're glad to have run into Brian who helped the process go smoothly.

The line held perhaps 6 people, but moved along well. The gentlemen in front of me did not have the right envelope, so the postal worker directed him to the right materials and invited back to the front of the line when he was done. The employee was friendly and helpful with me as well in stamping an international letter, treating me with respect. Overall, a great experience.

We have always had excellent service at this post office. The staff is experienced and friendly. When we first moved here, they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to get my key redone. Every time I go here I expect a great experience. My kids love the little table of toys, too. I'm sure they make occasional mistakes, being human, but it is a great little spot and I prefer it to others in the area.

I ordered watershed tickets and the sender didn’t pay for any forwarding to be done. If the watershed tickets had to be forwarded they would’ve gotten disposed per the senders request. Thankfully I got a text message update saying they were going to get disposed so I called the snohomish post office and a wonderful woman named Heather answered the phone and after 30 minutes of her searching she found both of my packages with my watershed tickets in them along with many other peoples packages from the same sender which would’ve been destroyed and pulled them! She is truly a life saver!

All the workers are always so kind, I come in 2-3 times a week so I am familiar with all of them. They are efficient, helpful & patient. I live 20 mins away in Lake Stevens but always come here instead

I've had my po box at this location for 22 years now, with no problems. I wonder if the negative commenters have unrealistic expectations. You have a complaint about late delivery due to snow? OH COME ON! We received over two feet of snow this year, unlike anything seen here in decades, and it stuck around in some places for weeks. The manager can also speak English with no problem & can be understood just fine. The phone wait times are excessive, I'll agree with that one, but that's the case for just about every post office I've ever had to deal with.

Such an amazing postal service. The receptionist was so nice and helped me get my situation straighted out. I was able to then contact Amazon where she said the packages went back too and now I will be able to re costomize my order and send it back out to my amazing friends who live in Snohomish. Amazon was able to refund me so I can just re order the items. Thank you to the postal service for giving me the right info. You rock Snohomish Postal service😌😎.

I've had to stand in line, but this is not the postal workers fault. Give them a break. They're working with what USPS has given them and without what has been taken away. Blame it on the Republican administrations that are slowly privatizing the service so they can take your money and put it in their fat bank accounts. So get used to it. If not, change it.

The dude with the accent(maybe Australian not sure) is extremely friendly and helpful. Haven’t really seen much of that from USPS. I live in a city over but go to snohomish because of his friendly service. He’s all I’ve really dealt with there and it’s always been a pleasant experience

Last time I was there to send out a box on Saturday I had a good experience. The lady was helpful, nice, and patient.

Snohomish Post Office employee, Heather, went way and beyond my expectations. I was actually amazed and so grateful for all of her help.
I expected to get a very curse response to my question... and she did more than I could have imagined. I know this sounds extreme, but in this day and age when the minimum in customer service is the norm... well, it was a breath of fresh air.
