The Villages Sales & Information Center

Nicely decorated and very inviting. The person who opened the door for us made sure we weee comfortable and took the time to talk to us and indicated where we could sit and wait for our sales agent. We were impressed by the courtesy of all the staff while we were waiting. Great experience overall.

We highly recommend Daniel Collins. After working with 3 other realtors within the Villages Info Center, we finally got connected with the right realtor who truly stopped and listened to what our needs were in a home. Daniel thinks outside the box, he is professional, and caring, and more importantly, he listens. We never felt like we were a number or just another contact he could add to his mass emails. Finally, someone who knows customer service. After being here for two years, Daniel to this day checks on us. He wants to hear how we are doing and checks on how our kids and grandkids are doing as well. He remembers his clients and goes up and beyond to make them feel cared for.

The information center is very nice. We took the trolly tour and loved it. We were surprised at some of the things we learned about the Villages.

Stopped by without an appointment. After a short wait we were teamed up with consultant Michael G. who spent a couple of hours with us driving us around and showing us homes. Extremely helpful and courteous. Exceded our expectations.

Nice coffee, cold water, and clean bathrooms. Sometimes this is the best news!
On top of that the employees are very helpful with directions and providing Villages information. "The friendliest town in America" and it's TRUE. I needed to rest my knee while experiencing the entertainment of the day and there are lots of nooks and crannies to find a quiet place to be. Very comforting.

Nice place. Could not believe the success this place has managed. What a great business model. From the housing to the village set up to the happy hours. The restaurant set up and the affordable pricing for everything! So many events every day. What a utopia!

When we walked up to the front doors,, 2 people opened them and welcomed us in. Then a fine gentleman by the a name of Bill helped us get some information and he was excellent. Perfect service.

This is a beautiful building inside and out. If you are interested in relocating to The Villages this is a great place to start. Everyone there is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They even have trolley rides you can sign up for to tour The Villages.

The Villages Sales office is a fun and exciting place to go sit and relax while sipping coffee or waiting for the trolley, or catching airport transportation. I mention exciting because your first experience with this office is probably related to moving here to The Villages! The staff and sales team make this experience one you'll always have fond memories of. Their warm friendliness and professionalism will make your dream to live here a reality! There are several themed rooms for you to sit with a sales agent or alone while you look at home and neighborhood options. Themed rooms meaning as on a movie set, they have a Southern Continental style room that you almost expect to be served High Tea in, they have a library room with all the rich dark wood bookcases and high back cushion chairs that seem to invite you to stay and peruse the newspaper. Whatever room you choose, it all helps to assure you that your dreams really do come true here when you become a part of The Villages lifestyle!
