I have bought my work shoes from them for years and they were great! The last pair I bought in March of 2022 are falling apart! I paid $175 for them. I work part-time as a hairstylist. The souls of the shoes are not solid and are made of inferior materials compared to the same shoes I purchased in the past. I have tried gluing them because I need to wear them for work, and they continue to come apart!!
I am disappointed and very angry with this company and will not buy shoes from them again!!!

Worn SAS for years. Even purchased multiples of same style because comfort couldn't be matched. Pricey but so worth it. Washable and refresheable. Michael was very helpful at The Villages, FL store. Explained about the extra heel and foot cushions - I never knew!

Our salesperson Kara Connor was very knowledgeable and patient with my 87 year old Mother. She recently fell and needed new supportive shoes that would help with her balance. We spent more than an hour in the store and Kara made certain that my Mother was fitted correctly and her selections were supportive and stylish. Kara made my Mother feel great and more confident. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes! Thank you Kara - you were awesome and we will continue to be SAS customers!!

Excellent service, excellent shoes. The salesman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I got exactly what I was looking for and am VERY pleased with the quality, fit, and style of the sandals that I purchased. I absolutely recommend this store to everyone and will definitely make this my go-to store for shoes.

Tia was so helpful. My friends has many issues with her feet. Tia patiently had my friend try on different styles and sizes to give her just the right fit. I recommend both SAS brand shoes and the service provided in the Brownwood store.

I do not live in "The Villages" . My Dad does. I go to this store almost every time I visit. The service is outstanding. They really go out of their way to help me find the right show in my size (5 Double Wide) If they don't have them they ship them to my home in Massachusetts and if there is any issue at all, they resolve it quickly and promptly. Tom especially really goes out of his way to find the right fit and resolve issues. Are these shoes expensive? Not when you factor in how much wear you get out of them.The initial investment may be more but the cost per wear is what counts and the comfort! Kudos! I hope this store exists for a long time!
