Fred Meyer Pharmacy

For how busy these guys are all the time, I appreciate that they still take extra time for individual care. We had to switch insurance this year, and have had a number of complications with new medication guidelines, new doctors, etc. The people here have patiently and competently explained things to me, or helped out by going the extra mile and working these complications out. Particularly, Katie and a gentleman, Jonathon or Jon? I don't often leave reviews, but here I felt compelled because it's nice to have people who care, handling our medications. They are very important, and unfortunately that gets lost on some. Thank you for all your assistance and hardwork! Truly appreciated.

The best pharmacy experience I have had. They have great communication and they don’t take days to fill prescriptions. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Great store, but way to crowded.

Karen is rude, condescending and too lazy to do her job checking the price of a prescription if it involves making a call. “Oh you’ll have to check with your insurance” I was told. Clearly not a culture of customer service.

This pharmacy is awful. I called in 1 prescription at 9:15am on a Thursday and the lady on the phone told me it would be 3pm the next day even though it was in stock. This is the norm for this location. They didn't even have to count anything. Literally just slap a label on a bottle and she said they had it in stock. Called the Thor store and the guy there said "I can have it ready in 10 minutes for you" the Thor store is always helpful and friendly. The staff at the North store is always very rude and short with people. They clearly hate their customers. I used to work at this store and even employees get treated just terrible.

I like Fred Meyer Store but the Pharmacy is terrible. I called in this morning at 9:20 am to have prescriptions filled. At 4:20 pm, they only had 1 completed. This has happened repeatedly and they even gave a controlled substance prescription to another customer. If there was a 0 rating, they may have earned it.
