I stopped in during the lunch hour rush right before Christmas - they were fully staffed and moving people and packages through quickly. They also had someone out in the lobby directing traffic and helping with drop off packages so I didn’t have to wait in line! Excellent experience and knowledgeable staff here!

These guys always take care of me! I appreciate their professionalism, speed, and the vast variety of services they provide when it comes to shipping. Also, made a great poster for my daughter.

I use this UPS store for Amazon returns. The service is great. Friendly staff and always very quick.

These ladies here are great. They're so friendly, fast and efficient! They get busy during the day but they get everyone in and out pretty quick. I was hesitant to come here after reading reviews, but it's THE BEST ups store I've ever been to. And I've been to many. Highly recommend:)

Three people, all wearing smiles, waiting for me as I came in the door. Door they joked and laughed at my jokes, gave me my receipt and I left within 45 seconds!

This location is always helpful, quick to respond, and quick to process requests. I often use this location for printing (from standard documents to large-scale items & projects).

They are helpful and they know their stuff! I can run in and be out of there in 10 minutes max even with the most complicated things.

This UPS Store has a great vibe. I've shipped from here a few times and staff are warm, efficient, and genuinely interested in helping. I just received a phone call from Jean saying that they had to split my shipment into two boxes (no charge) and just wanted to give me a heads up. She also said that I'd overpaid and that I could come in and get the overage back. Wow!

What’s great about this UPS store are 2 important criteria when choosing where to take my business. 1) Excellent customer service.2) Quality of products, selection, price. All of them here. The staff is very professional They helped me through a very difficult return, solving problems, thinking outside the box, providing me a solution. They have a lot of services, greeting cards that will make you laugh. They do printing, all sizes, lots of different stuff. Highly recommend this store.

I had a zillion things to return to Amazon, which I've never had before. Caitlin was *extremely* helpful and patient with me, basically teaching me how to return items from the Amazon app, and explaining the whole process. Once we got that done, it flowed better, and while I had quite a few things to return and get through, she was very patient and friendly the entire time - so *thank you* for making this as easy as it possibly could have been - kudos to you, Caitlin!

I've collected Antiques for over 50 years and NEVER had my shipment at risk like the last one. Somehow , UPS mixed the addresses and my item was lost - Spring Cole & her team at UPS Store #0957 (12402 N.Division) were on it immediately. They found my Box, contacted the person who received it and had another UPS store retrieve it. It took days but they never stopped and kept in touch with me everyday...no excuses , just results !! Today , my Box arrived , no damage at all. THIS is the type of "old School" traditional service that is not easy to find today -- Spring and her Team really Care and I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. If you have something to ship ...avoid the clowns and 2nd rate shippers ...deal with the best, call Spring. ..thanks again --Mike

I usually use the UPS by my house but it was closed on a day that I needed to get a package out. I called the Wandermere store to verify that they were open. The employee I spoke to was super friendly. It was a beautiful day out, so I didn't mind the extra drive. Once there, the same employee greeted me. She was super attentive and sweet. (when I get her name, I will post it) I explained the difficulty I had with "my" UPS store. My children all live far from me so I am constantly sending them packages. But one address in particular has come back on two different occasions. I was extremely frustrated! I noticed at the Wandermere store that they didn't put their shipping label over MY original label. So grateful for that, because the other store always does this. :/ I will be sending a new package out to the "difficult" address and will be using the Wandermere store. Let's see how it goes!

Update : that difficult package made it to its destination the next day.. I am so elated with this UPS. Updated it to 5 stars!!!!

They have always met my needs.

I have been here a couple times in the last couple weeks since I moved back, and the service here has been really great both times. Helpful, pleasant, and accommodating… thank you!

Shout out to Erika, Spring, Gene and Reo for helping me decipher my cryptically worded letter so I can notarize a bunch of documents!

Fun Fact: This store can has notary services! Use them! They are great!

Terrific staff, very helpful in getting me in and out easily. I love how helpful they are in getting my things boxed and out, and that they let me know what delivery time/costs are available.
