So my heater was making loud popping sounds had it looked at was told my unit was no good needed another heating unit Drew came by talked to me & my son about all options & prices too its alot but he worked with us worked out something to get it done. Technicians showed up early very nice Professional, answered all my questions silly ones too 😀 covered all my bases. ❣ but overall they are all a great company with excellent employees. I recommend them 💯 for your projects!!!! Thank you thank you to Drew and everyone at mainstream your #1 in my book!!! Now people go call you won't be disappointed.

When witnessing a lot of water on our basement floor, we contacted Mainstream to fix what we thought was a simple problem which turned out to be our mainline. With problems and finances escalating, they patiently explained our troubles and provided options to best meet our needs and at the best possible cost that our situation could allow. Furthermore, they helped us arrange financing, in addition, they refunded charges made for plans that had to be changed. Also small unexpected jobs got resolved quickly without any additional charge. With multiple jobs being preformed simultaneously, all work was preformed surprisingly quickly and efficiently. They respectfully met our timeframes while keeping a pleasant demeanor. Being a first time home owner, I greatly appreciated everyone's patience to walk me through every unexpected circumstance and explain every repair. In fact to keep up with the mental overload, I researched some of the required repairs. And found that they were in fact giving me correct advice for the situation and found confidence that our old house is in good hands. I was looking for trust and quality and I believe we found that from a team who takes pride in their work, which I hold in high regards.They made me feel like "not everyone is out to get you". I am confident that we will reach out to them again for our future needs. We highly recommend them. My canister lights were flickering, so I called Mainstream Electric. They sent out Kendel for the repair. His customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond anything I expected. He replaced my non working canister lighting and made some adjustments to my existing canisters that were still in working order to help me stay within my financial budget while having optimal usage of my lighting. I recently had the pleasure of having Mainstream inspect my furnace and AC, and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional. The technician, Zach, was not only punctual but also incredibly thorough in their inspection process. He took his time to ensure everything was checked and double-checked, leaving no stone unturned.

We're adding a new building with a dedicated water line. Scheduling staff were awesome and energized. Cody from Mainstream came and bid the job at a fair price. Within 48 hours, Jack and Tristin were in a five foot hole making complex connections without any problems whatsoever. I left the hole open for two days without seeing any leaks. I called several plumbers, and Mainstream was by far the best priced and most professional. "Great job" to Mainstream.

I'm not going to lie, it took awhile for the shock to wear off after we got our quote, but thanks to Steve, who was ever so kind to help thoroughly explain how a few years of neglected maintenance can cause such issues to my very short fused senior mother. Not only that but while electronically signing some paperwork, he also assisted my sister with starting her car after leaving her lights on all night. Both employees who came by to perform the work the next day were on time, easy to get along with and well mannered considering what I can only imagine as being some very frustrating issues to take care of. An even though the original price seemed a little high to me, mainstream is a flat rate company so no matter how hard the job that price didn't budge a bit. They were here for well over what would be considered a full work day and so far (2days later) we have had zero issues with their work. I look forward to seeing mainstream again as their services also include a year of monthly maintenance checkups. Thanks again to Steve, we appreciate the honesty and genuine care for my mother's home and so does she. These guys are great if your looking for hackless, done right the first time kind of service thats worth ever penny.

Zach was friendly, professional and competent to the max. Explained the problem, fixed it and ended our three day freezing siege in about two hours. (It was seven below when the furnace quit) I am no longer watching NFL playoffs dressed like the Michelin Man, unable to snack because my battery-heated gloves are too bulky. Seriously, prompt knowledgeable service. A real pleasure to deal with.

Zach got here right on time for an inspection/diagnostic/maintenance evaluation of our furnace, heat pump, and ducting. He was well dressed and professional -- and also quite pleasant, and our cat liked him -- and gave the systems a thorough going-over. The resulting report was clear and concise, and he presented three potential remediation options. We're very happy with Mainstream so far and have booked them to come back to clean the ducts and systems.

Sam came out to look at 3 plugs that stopped working, not only did he find the problem in minutes but had it fixed. This was only supposed to be to find out what was wrong and he had it fixed in a half hour. Zach came out to tune up our furnace and make sure everything was OK, he got everything done and made a couple suggestions, when we had questions he sat down and patiently explained what was needed and even got on the phone to the office and helped us line everything up, great job both of you. On top of everything going on our 4 month old puppy tried to "help" them with the job, they where very patient and kind to him, I think he wanted to go home with Sam. You guys are awesome!!

Had a quote done for a vent cleaning. Kenny and his manager were extremely thorough and honest in what they found and our options moving forward. Very easy to contact as well as their availability to complete requests!

Sam was awesome. I was impressed starting from the person who set my appointment. Then I got a follow up to insure we were on schedule. Lastly the electrician shows up puts on his little booties so not make a mess. He was extremely professional and even took a look at something else. The shock came when I showed my wife the bill. Her response " that's all? They are now on my contacts list on my phone. They have a return customer.

First let me say I called 2 other companies left both a couple messages,(machines😞)waited 2 days no call back. Also if you live out of the downtown area of Spokane most services charge at least a $50 service fee.The gentleman (Ricky)that came to do my main line was very professional and knowledgeable. They are also reasonably priced and have a yearly service program.👍👍

I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Our technician was Sam, he was very knowledgeable. He expertly diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable quote. He quickly replaced the GFCI outlet and we are now able to use our washer and dryer again. Great work Sam!

My outside outlets and the outside wall outlets in two basement rooms lost power. I pulled all the outlets, did a continuity check on them all and line traced with a toner. I imagined the worst. I never suspected there was a GFCI outlet in the mechanical room. Sam IS the man! The waiting for a call all day instead of an appointment however...

Joe arrived promptly. He checked out my furnace and determined I needed a new motor. He showed me what had broken off and why it had made such a noise. He gave me an estimate and ordered the part. He was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed that he was able to order the part and will be back tomorrow to install it. I would absolutely recommend this company and Joe to all my friends and family. Thank you for taking care of my problem so promptly.
