Amanda is the most reliable, respectful, and ethical real estate agent I know. I have had the privilege to work with Amanda on a couple of different occasions. She exhibits all of the qualities that you would want in a real estate agent. She bends over backwards for her clients, and is always their biggest advocate. Honestly, every realtor should be like Amanda. Going into the home buying experience is daunting, but every step of the way my partner and I felt supported, with every need considered. When we waffled on if we liked places or not, Amanda would provide multiple pros and cons of the location and things to consider that we may have overlooked. We were never directed, we were able to explore places that I'm sure were obvious 'no's' and able to ask questions about every step of the process, but also kept grounded enough to not be lulled into reaching beyond our means.

I NEVER felt like I was a way to a paycheck. I ALWAYS felt that I was working with someone who really deeply cared about helping my family find our home.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough. Lord knows when my drain first clogs, she'll be who I call for a handy man recommendation. And if we ever want to look for another home, I don't think I'd trust anyone else.

A five-star rating is not enough for Amanda!! She made my wife and I completely comfortable from our very first phone call. There was never any judgment or feelings of not being accepted due to our life style or the way we presented ourselves. The real estate market is very difficult right now, but Amanda did everything she could to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. We battled through five lost offers and I don’t know how many house showings, all during evenings and weekends, and she never got frustrated or lowered the quality of her service. Her knowledge and sharp attention to detail protected us from making offers on less than desirable houses and she got to know us as people and really understood what we were looking for in a home. There was never any pressure to make an offer on a house and she would want us to “sleep on it” before making a decision, so we wouldn’t regret it later. She would explain all of the “legal stuff” to us in understandable language, and was patient when we asked the same questions repeatedly. I never thought a real estate agent could feel like a friend, or even family, but Amanda did that and I am so happy we found her!!

We had such a positive experience with Amanda when we bought our first home, naturally, we reached out to Amanda again once we were ready to sell. As an added bonus this time, her husband Erik is working with her now - this power couple sold our house in 12 HOURS! Our house wasn’t extraordinary, just a cute little starter home in a quiet neighborhood - Amanda did a lot of work to recommend the correct listing price and highlighted the important features that our home offered. She took the time to breakdown the offer that we ultimately accepted, never pressured us to make any decisions, and was very thorough when answering our questions.

We, of course, also bought our new house with Amanda because we trust her. Everything that I said in the first review (see below) holds true to this day and I continue to recommend her to everyone that asks for a trustworthy real estate agent.

Our quest for a home started with a simple text to this wonderful lady. She responded very quickly, and within 24 hours of that initial text, we were looking at homes. As a first-time homeowner, I didn't even know what questions to ask, let alone what to expect. Amanda walked us through every step, making sure all of our questions were answered and all of our requests fulfilled. There were no surprises because she would tell us what to expect and always followed through with our plans.

In a market that moves as quickly as this one, you can easily find an agent who will push you through the process and move on to the next buyer. Amanda is different because your happiness matters to her. She prioritizes her client's best interest over making a commission.
