Nicole was so professional yet also friendly, warm, helpful, and real. She knows the market and helped us price our house to sell quickly as well as with a good return. We received an enormous response on our first open house and had multiple offers from that, even though it was the first weekend in January! We used Nicole to both buy and sell our home, during the crazy market that COVID brought no less. The below review is broken out from our perspective of having Nicole represent us as a buyer's agent and as a sellers agent, but the long and short of it is that she is certainly worth hiring no matter which part of the process you are on. Note: We have used other realtors in the past with terrible (ie out for themselves) experiences--you dont get that from Nicole.

As a buyers agent: Nicole was patient, data driven, knowledgeable of the area, organized, and over communicative. One of the things that impressed me the most though, was how much she remembered from our discussions and how she could target what we were looking for in a home. Each walkthrough got easier and easier as a second set of eyes. In addition, Nicole tries to get as much background info as she can on the sellers to help get in their mindset. In terms of strategic guidance, Nicole was great--she gives you the data, some thoughts about the home to consider and an idea of some things the seller might like.
As a sellers agent: Similar to the above in that Nicole comes prepared with data and an idea of what you might ulitmately get out of the home vs what you shoupd list at to attract buyers. Nicole is also willing to help sellers think through how to attract home buyers and make it the most attractive compared to your competition and if need be will revise the strategy a day before with you before hitting go. Her photographer/videographer is great in getting people to really fall in love with your home. She also has great connections into Mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc.

Most of all, if you are looking for a realtor that will provide counsel, but ultimately do whatever you ask in terms of strategy and deal making, she is your gal. Loved working with her and the team she brought.

Nicole was actually the second real estate agent we had met with, but following our meeting with her there wasn't a reason to look back. Her thoroughness during the entire buying process proved to be quite valuable, as well as her industry knowledge and connections.

I cannot reccomend Rob enough. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and motivated. Each decision I needed to make on my home buying process was presented to me with ample time to consider what I really thought was best. Rob's average response time to any correspondence from me was less than 30 minutes! The lender he recommended was similarly amazing too! Rob is a native to the Pacific Northwest and it shows. He knows what to ask for and can tell you the likelihood that you can press for something with 100% accuracy. Nicole made the daydream buying my first home a reality.

I know that sounds hokey, but it is absolutely true.
I came to Ms. Serviss with a laundry list of (what I thought were) reasonable ‘wants and needs’ in a home. She prepared me for what the process of shopping, searching, researching, and vetting of houses -I think we collectively rejected upwards of 500 houses that didn’t fit- and helped me navigate a couple of false starts (seller’s market; it’s pretty competitive for buyers, and I was stuck with a hard budget).

However, with her guidance and assistance, I submitted a total of *one* offer, which was ultimately accepted.

I could not recommend her more — her communication practices are excellent, her local market insight is on point, and -on the one occasion she wasn’t able to be there for me herself- she made sure I was taken care of by a trusted contact.

We consulted with Nicole on the possibility of buying in the area. She was amazing! We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and her attention to detail. I really felt like she understood our needs and was realistic with her recommendations. Working with her was a treat, and we will absolutely be using her when we are ready to buy.
