I have worked with Amir Engineering for over 10 years and we did variety of projects. Such as single family homes, multi family condos, apartments and even a community center. Community center was particularly challenging because it was all concrete and Amir Engineering did a phenomenal job on it as well as the rest of the projects. Our communication was great and all the projects were done in timely manner. I will continue working with Amir Engineering and I highly recommend them.

Amir short platted our residence in Kirkland successfully, provided plans and engineering for an addition to our existing home on the same property, obtained a Land Surface Modification (LSM) permit from City of Kirkland for the vacant lot on the same property and provided plans for a 3 story home on the vacant lot. All designs were provided on time and within our budget. We recommend Amir highly for such projects.

Amir Engineering, Inc was recommended as a reliable company with the high work ethics and quality work to be done on time however it turned out to be the exact opposite and even more. To begin with, communication was a complete disaster, Amir neither "his company" was never available via call or text. Emails were answered a few months or weeks after constant follow ups if we are lucky. Amir did not stand behind his words or promises, he lied that our structural engineering project is done to receive the check but then few days after when we asked him to show the completed work he said that there are few things he will need to start to work on it (all requested items were provided to him prior the contract sign) so he could not start the process.
Finally, when evidence of written checks and some emails of his lie was provided to him, he got super rude and disrespectful saying "I refuse to work on the project and won’t reimburse you money back" Calling yourself a professional should be very shameful with the behavior we had to experience with this miserable one man company!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
