I love this place. It's always the same sweet ladies and I notice they always know people's names that own mailboxes there and they go above and beyond to help them. They just help without even being asked. I was packing a bunch of poly mailers and taping on my shipping labels and one of the ladies just started taping them on for me. So helpful. And they have the cutest gift shop. I'll always support this business by using their services.

I stopped in for my TSA precheck, I had made an appointment for a later day but saw they did take walk ins so I wanted to try. Unfortunately they were not able to get me in that day so they asked me to call the next day to see if I could do a walk in. I decided to call in the morning and see if they were available for walk ins. They were! I was in an out in less than 10 mins. Staff SUPER friendly and helpful. The little gift shop had tons of goodies and lots to look at. I will definitely be back here for my mailing needs in the future. Clean, friendly, cute shop. Refreshing! Thank you for your help!!

Great place, I love their cute graphic boxes,They are reasonable priced for most things. Kinda spendy if you want to print anything. But for all your shipping needs this is the place to go they have different sizes of boxes that you can't find anywhere else and they can even give you advice on how to package something properly. I've always been treated very kindly and have never had a negative experience.

I have gone into the Mail Box center multiple times now for different reasons each time. One was to get our passports renewed, another was to ship some items I had and another to shop around their gift store once I saw their cute gift shop. (Which by the way is filled with a lot of local businesses products!) Everyone was attentive, friendly and kind and made what I needed done quick, easy, and hassle free! I highly recommend using the Mail Box Center! I live 35 minutes away and will drive that distance compared to going somewhere close, because I get great service and it's run and owned by a family in Spokane, so it's supporting a local small business! They also do fingerprinting which is amazing to have everything in one place!

Went into complete my TSA pre-check. Everyone was very professional and personable. The fingerprinting was a breeze and they have a cute gift area to browse through while you wait. I was pleasantly surprised at the smooth process!

Wonderful business and employees! I walked in needing last-minute fingerprinting services and within 20 minutes I had what I needed. The digital fingerprinting process was easy and thorough. And when finished, the kind woman helping me was able to provide an affordable shipping option to get my fingerprints in the mail that afternoon. A+ service with kindness and a smile!

Friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to assist us. We needed sets of passport photos (Australian) for myself and the kids. Their DNP IDW520 system used the required "dye sublimation" process and has settings for Australian photo formats and all other countries. The staff were well trained and experienced in taking photos too. Once a set were taken, I was able to check them on-screen before printing, further ensuring we go the photos we were looking for. We had gone to other places earlier and not liked the results - the prints here were a much better result. Thank you Mail Box Center!

BEST EVER! I have used mailbox places several times in the last 50 years, and this one is BY FAR THE BEST! BEST employees with kindness and smiling faces every time I needed assistance. Efficient! Has a lot of services that a person might need from mailing packages, to use of printers, a great gift shop with a good variety of gifts, and has a good location with lots of parking where a person can get in and out fast! Great place!

It's Christmas time and let's just say some other places in the neighborhood are pretty rude but this place was amazing! SUPER Friendly service with no line, they even packed it up for me! Great little store too! Thank you!!

We've purchased several signature stamps from Mail Box Center for our office over the years. They've always been crisp and clear stamps and usually only need replacing when we have to update what they say.

The staff is always extremely responsive and quick to assist. They're very quick and as I said their quality is always fantastic! I highly recommend them.

I had no idea what I was doing or even the address to where I was shipping my warranty item. The person at the counter was not only fun and light hearted but also found all of the information for me and made the experience effortless on my part. I will definitely be using them again!! I’ve used Mail Box Center for years. As a remote worker, I can rely on them as an extension of my team. From FedEx to UPS they always ensure my proposals are delivered on time. The staff is awesome! No matter what you need, they deliver the most cost-effective solution with a smile! They have all the services under one roof that you could ever need!

I have used the services at Mail Box Center for years mailing items, copies, receiving and sending faxes, having keys made and I have never had a bad experience! The staff are always very friendly and helpful, being a senior patron (and very technologically challenged) I have been dependent on them on more than one occasion. I also had to have my fingerprints done there for a previous job and had to schedule caregivers to have their’s done as well. They have a very good selection of office and mailing supplies-and a wonderful collection of giftware.

I can't say enough about Mail Box Center. I have a small business and we ship a lot of packages. The employees are super helpful and really seem to care. And they have an amazing selection of greeting cards. My favorite cards are Bald Guy Greetings. They're such a fresh take on the greeting card. When they say their cards are funny, they really are. Unlike Hallmark cards.

I have had nothing but fabulous service at the Mailbox Center. They have helped me with everything from renewing my passport to corporate shipping. I have even picked up a few gifts here. They are very knowledgeable and I go out of my way to ship things from this shop just because I know they will get the job done right!!

I am going on 3 years being a mail box client and purchaser of general services. Today, Monday August 3, the team was greeting customers who had mail in their boxes at the door with the mail. Just 5 star, going above and beyond. Thank you so much. Side note, I am in the store every few days, a high example is shown from top mgmt and staff to walk-in customers, I observe a nice greeting and even with these crazy times we are all living through, the attitudes and demeanor are warm and professional. I have been using Mailbox Center for 24 yrs. Have a mail box there. They do all my business work such as large copy projects, mailings, marketing, shipping, faxing, etc. They are the nicest group of people I have encountered any where. I always get a friendly greeting by my name, when I walk in the door. Karen the Owner is also super and will do my taxes if I need it. Plus they prevent my home delivery mail & packages from being stolen. And hold my mail for as long as needed when I am gone on business or vacation. Great place to brighten my day!
