Tillicum Kiwanis Playground at Averill Field

Seems like a very nice park.
Was there with a youngster who was climbing all over the playground equipment. But it appears that due to vandals the Park had to close the biggest slide.
The grass lawn was nice and green, well kept.

Place for the whole family.

Located on the same grounds as the Snohomish Boys and Girls Club and the skate park. The playground is fairly small, but has two slides, 1 baby swing, 3 regular swings, a seesaw, and some climbing structures. It is only fenced on 3 sides, so extra supervision may be required. There is a drinking fountain and 10 Honey Bucket Bathrooms - 2 which are wheelchair accessible. The adjoining field is large enough for soccer, or football. Overall, a pretty nice park.

Take my kiddo there when I can, went a little later and was getting dark had rained the day before and brought a towel to wipe down the slide. She went several times before the sun actually disappeared for the night. The smaller child's swing however is dangerous and should not be in operation. Other than that when we come to this location it always is a good time.
