PODS is a very efficient and customer service focused organization that was the perfect solution in our situation of selling and buying a new house- and my three kids really enjoyed watching the PodZilla work!

PODS made my move MUCH easier than it would have otherwise been.

Super helpful during my pcs and during covid. The service provided got done in a timely matter. And everything transfered from kansas to washington was exactly the same way it put thing in the moving pods. It was handled with care and nothing shifted or broke during to move. 100 percent greatfull for the amazing service given by them.

After a very negative experience with a "broker" and moving company, I decided to look at PODS. They were so very helpful and clear on the phone. No gimmicks. No lies! Everything went so smoothly from delivery to pick up of the Pod...and then transport and delivery and pickup in my new locations. Everyone I spoke with was clear, upbeat, polite. Thank you for helping things go smoothly...moving is seldom easy!

It's a well oiled business. Easy to check online account and make changes. Costumer service is great. I liked being able to store my pods for as long as I needed month to month at the pods wearhouse. Only downfall is it's the most expensive way to move long distance. We will have to go with different options next time and forgo the convenience of pods.

Amazing service. The convinence of having the POD delivered and then stored until my final destination was great. All interactions with staff were pleasant and expeditious. Competitive prices with self storage but no hassle of multiple trips to the unit. Would highly recommend.

We just completed a move from Washington state to New York state. The overall experience with PODS was excellent, however we did encounter an issue at the destination. We had our container delivered to the storage facility where we would unload it rather than have it delivered to our new property. When we tried to open the door it was stuck. We were unable to open the door and there was no one on site to assist us. We called customer service who was very friendly but also unable to contact a local PODS associate to assist. We were there for 3 hours trying to contact a local PODS associate to help or guide us in opening the door. We had rented a UHaul van to move our stuff and were unable to do so that day. We came back 2 days later after some back and forth with Customer Service and finally able to contact someone at the local facility. There was a PODS associate there who was able to help us force the door open so we could retrieve our items. We later learned that the facility is an unmanned storage facility which is why no one was available or able to be reached that first day.

PODS customer service was excellent throughout and, while it was frustrating to waste a day trying to retrieve our items, we were compensated for the price of the U-Haul we could not use and our wasted time. Despite the hiccup, I would and do highly recommend PODS for any moves.

Other companies have canceled reservations last minute for VERY long moves. That felt completely unacceptable. PODS stepped up and helped with our move. The customer service is excellent and they work with you to get your move done as efficiently as possible.

Great experience, it was dropped at our house in TX, we packed it up, they picked it up and drove it to WA for us, then dropped it off at our new house. We unpacked it and they came and took it away. We were able to drive up to WA in our own car, at our own pace with our pets with us.
Friendly drivers, you don't have to be there for pickups. Highly recommend this service.

We had some issues with placement, but everyone was incredibly helpful to find a good solution. Everything worked out perfectly in the end.

OTR Driver Review: Very good example of how a place should be run. Turn right past McDonald's (B street), then turn right at the 4 way intersection. Look for building 33. They have O/N parking on site and looked like there was alot of street parking available in the area too. They allowed me to use their bathroom and got me serviced very fast. Thanks!

The entire experience from first call to the final pickup was great. I didn't have to worry about anything except packing the PODS and then unpacking. So much easier than driving through traffic with a truck or trailer 🙄

We recently moved from Soldotna, Alaska, to Post Falls, Idaho. During the four months we were house hunting in Washington and Idaho, we had all of our personal belongings stored with PODS in Spokane Valley, Washington. PODS had been recommended by a realtor we were using for our house-hunting chores. Once during the storage period we needed to get into our POD to retrieve some personal items and the people at PODS were most pleasant and efficient at providing the access we needed. Then, when it was time to have our stored belongings delivered to our new home, the PODS again came through in flying colors. The person I dealt with at PODS was Mr. David Henry and in my opinion he rates an A+. Thank you Mr. Henry

Great solution to store our things while remodeling after a basement flood.

Right on time, very easy to use. Changed pick up and drop off times frequently with no issues.

Our delivery guy was great. We had trouble deciding where exactly to place the pod, but he was patient with us and helpful in deciding. Great service!
