Kaiser Permanente Veradale Medical Center

I love Kaiser Permanente clinic! Everytime I go there I feel well taken care of from everyone involved... starting with the check in. Nurses Doctors and PA as well as the pharmacy! All deserve a 10+++ I have had a fear of doctors for years and have neglected self care because of it but your facility and those working there have truly helped me get past those fear! I am forever grateful. Thank you all.

Dr. Leahy took time to answer ALL my questions regarding my recent diagnosis. She explained the science behind each answer in a way that was clear and logical to me. I left my appointment feeling informed and with strategies for addressing my diagnosis.

I also need to give a shout-out to the receptionists and medical support staff at Kaiser's Veradale clinic. In the three years I've been receiving care there, EVERY interaction has been positive and helpful. Great team!

Dr. Sharon Healy and her staff are very special. They are so compassionate and very helpful. They treat your whole person and not just your illness. Very professional and thorough.

Two reasons: the employee in the lab and Dr Balek.
Because I have Providence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, the girl in the lab explained that my insurance wouldn't cover my lab work if done at KP. She printed out the lab orders and put the information on it to make sure the lab results would come back to KP. I had an office visit shortly before closing and sure enough the lav results were ready for Dr Balek to review at the time of my appointment. I was really impressed that she went out of her way to put stat in the lab paperwork along with the fax # and the NPI #. I felt heard and taken seriously and that really made me happy that I stayed with KP. Then when I had my office visit with Dr Balek, he was concerned that I had a TIA and although I already had a CT of the head ordered from a phone visit earlier that week, he had his MA call to get the CT pre-authorized since my insurance required that. I was felt heard and cared for at the Veradale office and was relieved and appreciative that Dr Balek told the extra step to make sure my CT scan was t delayed further. This is what I call exemplary customer service!!! Thank you KP Veradale!!

This was my first trip to this facility and I was extremely impressed. The PA that I visited was very, very nice and took care of all my questions.. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The staff are friendly, organized and professional. Dr Brooking is one of the best doctors I’ve had the privilege to have caring for me. With a severe autoimmune illness, I see him every three months, and each visit is a positive experience. He also gives exceptional care to my elderly mother.

Ive always had great care with my care team so long I stay within my own care team. I get fast referals and farely fast appts when needed. My Dr. Listens to whats going on and does her best to help get to the bottom of my issues. If its beyond her scope she sends out a referal righ away. Thank you Dr. Friesen I hope you never retire!

I just moved back to the Northwest and needed to establish primary care and be referred to several specialists. I AM IN AWE! I thought 'managed care' would be a nightmare but I was wrong! My new primary care doctor Susan Friesen took the time to actually listen to my VERY complicated case, order immediate lab tests, set up treatment, make many referrals, review meds, slate follow-up appointments, and most importantly understand my GOALS. I was incredibly nervous moving 3k miles away from my treatment team but now I feel like I'm in equally or even better hands! I also enjoy the convenience of on-site lab, imaging and pharmacy or ordering pharmacy to home at an even better discount. (Thanks for letting me know Dr.!) Kaiser Permanente- you made me a believer today! Thank you all! (Especially Dr. FRIESEN!) I believe I am in great hands! Thank you God!

After working as an RN for 34 years, I am pretty picky about my health care providers. I have been with GH/KP for well over 20 years, and the Veradale clinic for over 8 years. From check in to visit with my doctor, KP personnel are friendly, personal, professional, and knowledgeable. I have always been treated with great respect by my care team. I am listened to, and my concerns addressed. I even referred my neighbor to my care team! They are superb.

Sharon Healy was aware of my health before she entered the room and knew the questions to ask to improve my situation. Ms. Healy directed me to a Medicare Rep. who could help me remain with Kaiser Permanente. She is a great listener and responded in a manner where I was confident of her guidance as she included me in the decision of a medication change. I fully trust her.

So happy we have Kaiser and especially Veradale clinic.
Was concerned about a cat bite. Called and actually was given a appointment at our regular Dr.office and didn’t have to drive down town to urgent care. So appreciated that.
Kristen the nurse was so good and took care of me. She felt concerned so worked me right into see Dr Peterson. All taken care of with a shot and antibiotics. Thank you to both of them. Joann. Baughman

Kaiser Permanente used to have a not so good reputation, years ago. My experience with the offices, staff and doctors over the past several years has been outstanding. The Veradale clinic in particular runs like a very well oiled machine. It’s a great example of how clinics can and should operate!

Very satisfied with the care and health issues with ARNP Elizabeth Martin. She takes the time to educate and explain health remedies with me. Completely confident in her ability to render medical care.

I have been going to kaiser when they were group health. I have an amazing team that puts it all on the line for you. They saw lumps in my lungs, they had me see some great pulmonary dr. And a thoracic surgeon . They did there thing and I am now a lung cancer survivor. I wear my white ribbon proud . 4 years . And my team is still caring for all my issues. My life is extended and the quality is good.. My hat is off to dr. Dooley who is retired and dr. Martin who now gives me the same compassionate care and honest. No stone is left unturned.

My experience with Kaiser Permanente is always pleasant, and very comfortable, they look out for my best, and are always willing to help all my fesical needs. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente to all who are in Spokane, and I wouldn't want to be taken care of anywhere else, thank you to all the staff at Kaiser Permanente,,,,MR MICHAEL RUTH 😀

The Nurse is friendly, very professional and so pleasant to talk to. Doc Z is great! I love that everything is at one place (Doc's office, Lab, prescription) Makes going to the Doctor's fast, convenient and almost fun.
