Joe Neel - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a member of State Farm off and on for years. I found that I really like State Farm and the service they provide. They are easy to deal with directly or through app and online as well. However, I have had agents with State Farm who can not touch the service I have received from the Joe Neel office. In our time with State Farm we have had several unfortunate accidents. When going through the process we were able to reach to the office directly for assistance and guidance. You truly couldn’t ask for better staff than the Joe Neel office! I highly recommend their experience and customer services! Thank you, Kathy, Christina, Vicki and Joe!

Working with Kathy at this office the last few years has given me so much peace of mind. She is responsive, answers my questions, gives me options and has provided my family with such care. They have been my insurance agents for some time now, and I've been very happy with their service. They are always happy to see me, and very upbeat when I come into the office. It is always a high point in my day to walk in.

I like that they don't call me and always communicate via email like I requested :). Had one agency always calling me and wanting me to come in and meet everyone in the office.. I asked many times to stop and they never did so I changed to Joel Neel's team and they have been great!

Great Customer Service, friendly and kind to my service dog :) I just transferred here from Idaho. As I was going to Starbucks, I see that there is a State Farm agent there. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and was well received and transferred that day. Highly Recommend!
