As many reviews on here, I found Olympia Dental Group when I needed an emergency dental appointment for a sore tooth. And I also had anxiety over what the outcome might be. From the front desk Becca to the dental assistant Sarah and Dr. Ho, I'd like to confirm I had a really comfortable experience. All gave me ease especially Sarah. I had an extraction and they gave me all the ins and outs on options with no pressure. I will be going back even after my follow up. Some reviews on here have some bad experiences. I can only speak for myself and I felt they were professional the whole way. I never left with questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in my situation.

Had emergency dental extraction and this whole office and staff was great. From getting me in asap , to top notch treatment!! Highly recommend this Dr and team!

Came in needing urgent care and the woman at the front desk did some magic and they were able to get me in within an hour. I was helped by an absolutely wonderful woman (shout out Sarah Jane) and the Dr was quick, precise and professional to remove a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. I don't see how anybody could vote less than 5 Stars for Olympia Dental Group (unless that person is a huge pain in the assss) Fantastic staff. Very clean facility. Very professional doctor. Will be back in a non urgent capacity. Thank you all again!

If you have any fear or trauma around going to the dentist, GO HERE!! they are so sweet and wonderful and attentive, the doctor and all his staff are extremely gentle, and the desk staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I go in for my regular cleanings once every few months and they are always very thorough and quick to get everything done, I’ve also gosh in to get multiple cavities fixed and crowns done, they make sure everything is as painless as possible and make sure you are as comfortable as you can be.
The staff here is very kind and easy to work with, the front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help answer any of your questions. Great place to get your dental work done.

This Dental office was great. 5 stars as they exceeded my expectations and addressed my needs. They were understanding and considerate of my long established dental fears.
From the time I walked through the door, the gals welcomed me with a friendley smile, that kind of set the tone for the rest of my experiance. The Dentist was prompt and inergetic, I immediately felt like I was being cared for by someone who understood what was going on with my mouth. He outlined the steps I'd need to take so that I could finally get my teeth back on track. The assistant who was in the room. with us, was great at breaking it all down and making sure that I understood the treatment and how I could financially make it happen. I really appriacated that and was comfortable moving forward. I left feeling grateful, I knew I had established dental care for my whole family.

We definitely found our go-to family dentist. Sarah Jane, Dr. Ho, and the front desk receptionist were amazing. After struggling to find an after hour dentist over the weekend, Olympia Dental Group were first to call back to how they could help. My wife got an appointment same day, diagnoses, and the fix. Such an amazing group of people. They truly care about their patients. + more ⭐!

Had a cleaning about a month ago. The hygenist was very thorough.
Today I had two fillings replaced and a crown. Going to the dentist is always difficult for me, but the staff made the procedure as painless as possible. Great place for dentistry work!

Becca is absolutely the sweetest most helpful person! She was so wonderful and patient with all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find answers!

Imagine being on the beaches of Bora Bora; warm 80 degree weather, slow ocean breeze, sipping a mai tai in the south Pacific. Thats how you feel when going to this dental office. Its like a spa day for your mouth! Get ready to lounge in heated massage chairs and wrapping your ears with the complimentary Bose headphones to listen to the televisions hung on the walls for your viewing pleasure. Staff are great, doctor is great, and the office is well kept. Best dentist office this side of the milky way. You need this in your life.

This dental place is the best one in my heart, with the best service that always make me feel like a "home". Dr Thinh Ho is really professional and friendly, his dental assistant is good and kind as well. More over the service in here is fast too, I made an appointment in the morning and had the wisdom teeth removal done in the same day. Anyway this place is my "to go" place for my teeth.

Called to have 2 teeth removed that were causing me a lot of pain. They got me an appointment same day, an hour after my call even! They were incredibly kind, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and took care of the teeth with ease. Even when they were numbing me, I barely felt anything. Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommend.

Honestly, #1! I'd like to mention one of the sweetest, kind hearted, and all around amazing human beings I had the opportunity to meet today. Sarah Jane. As a dental assistant I view her as the best in her field! I'm not sure how to convey her kindness and warmth. But she is top notch in my book. Thank you again Sarah Jane, your amazing!

Needed emergency extraction of two root tips causing chaos in my gums and absolutely fantastic experience. Provided water for me to swish in my mouth through out the initial exam. Gave honest opinions on my best recommended option on how to proceed with the teeth based on my lifestyle (didn't force services that I would not use or not take care of myself over time). Then proceeded to dig in and clean it up without any pain because they have some great numbing techniques (first a gel then the needle). I expected things like "I've never seen a mouth like this before" or some kind of quip to point out I could have done better but not once. It was all good laughs and happy times and good conversation. Heated and massage chair with youtube for music Playlist or videos while they are working to get you to zone out (I recommend a linkin park playlist)

The staff was absolutely amazing! So accommodating to my small children worked amazing with my autistic 6 year old and my 3 year old! Special thanks to Ashley, Becca and Sarah! So friendly! Thank you for making my family comfortable!

I am new to the area and I had lost a cap. Dr. Ho was recommended by a friend and they immediately got me in the same day I called!
Dr. Ho and staff were efficient and attentive to my emergency situation. He and his staff will be my family’s dentist as we get settled in the Olympia area. I rate them a5 star plus!!

This is the office to go to for top notch care. They truly care about their patients and the quality is superb. They are gentle and professional. Carla at the front desk always has the answers to my insurance questions and is very helpful and kind.

Have never had a better dentist/dental staff including front office and hygienists in my life and I am 45 years old :) Never felt more comfortable at the dentist and they go the extra mile to accommodate. So grateful to have found them!

Best dentist I've ever been to. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and give you the best service. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a dentist or anyone who dreads going to their current dentist!!
