Dental Care of Lacey

I have severe Dental anxiety and will go years without having dental exam. I found this place highly recommended by a friend with the same reaction te dental care and was extremely satisfied. I made it through the first visit and everyone from check in to check out was absolutely amazing. I went back 2 weeks later for a procedure and I made it through with little to no anxiety. I have already scheduled my next 2 cleanings and transferred my family to this office. Its worth the drive for me to have gentle dental care.

When I was in high school I had some not so great dental work done due to me being low income and on state insurance. I went into class one day and my teacher saw me in obvious pain from said dental work. He asked me if I would be willing to see a dentist he knew would take good care of me. I said yes but told him I couldn’t afford to pay for any dental care. Well a few days go by and my teacher says Kevin Nielsen would help me out. So I went in and he saw me and it was all good! He was able to actually explain why my mouth still hurt and what to expect from the filling I got. I always remembered that moment and the kindness he showed me. So today I went into the office for the first time since that visit with my own insurance that was in his network… and was met with the exact same kindness I experienced 10 years ago. So thank you guys for being awesome and helping a low income kid … it all comes back around ❤

Amazing! Of the 20+ dentist I've had, he is the best dentist. Period. Bar none. Friendly staff. Supportive, amazing. I doubt i will find a better dentist in my life

Very clean modern and comfortable clinic staffed with exceptionally friendly staff lead by an amazing Dentist who always takes great care of his patients. So glad to have this great dental care. Dental care on the cutting edge!

Dr. Neilson takes the time to get to know his patients and is always so personable. I had a huge fear of the dentist prior to going to his office. He has a wonderful team, I highly recommend them.

Not this time, Doctor N & his Staff made my visit so easy I couldn't even tell he had just done a CROWN & TWO FILLINGS and I didn't feel a thing & I was awake the whole time!! I have more dental work needing to be done and I know I will be in the best hands with Dental Care of Lacey & Satff! I have been going to Dental Care of Lacey for 2 years now. They always take good care of me and my family. They are very kind and helpful and always willing to work with you. I love that they do free teeth whitening as long as you are a client!

I have been seeing Dr. Nielsen for 2 years now. Short story to say my teeth were bad! I had a few bad incidents with other dentists and I just stop going. After awhile it turns into a embarrassment having bad teeth, you don't want to smile it hurts to eat so you have to chew funny. I came to Dr. Nielsen who flat out told me if would have a full set of dentures by the time i'm 40 if I didn't do something. Now as a person who hates the dentist, what did he know right?
About 1 year later I came back in with an abscessed tooth, which he gladly gave me a prescription, for the pain and antibiotics. Then he did something unexpected, he sat down and had a one on one personal conversation with me. Not about my teeth or how I like his office but just how life was going. It occurred to me then that even after not seeing him for a year, not only was he going to help me out, he wanted to know how I was doing. Trust is a hard thing to earn with me and he did and was the best thing to happen to me. I'v had every type of dental procedure from Root Canals, Cavities, Extractions...etc over the past few years and would not think about taking me or my family anywhere else, oh my whole family has switched to him also.

Dr. Nielsen is an amazing dentist, he's warm and funny and great at his profession. I've been a patient for years and I'll never go anywhere else. You won't find a more caring dentist or staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Nielsen for over 10 years. He's the best! Staff are friendly and personable.

Dr Neilsen and his staff are very thoughtful and considerate. Their work is first-class, and they make it a pleasure to go to the dentist.
