I went in on July 19th 2016 and had a full set of dentures done. Doctor Davidson also had the lovely job of extracting 25 teeth. The entire staff was awesome, very compassionate, understanding and gentle. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and calm. I would highly recommend Affordable Dentures in Spokane to anyone considering dentures or implants. My dentures look so natural, you can't tell they're dentures. Thank you Dr. Davidson and the entire staff!!

I have read reviews about this place that can NOT possibly BE about this office. Some refer to dental services that are not even offered at Affordable Dentures in Spokane Valley, Washington. When you're reading through the reviews and see something negative about a procedure, before allowing yourself a negative conclusion, please check to see if it is even something they DO at this office.
I am a patient of Affordable Dentures in Spokane Valley, Washington. I drive about 2 hours each way each time i go there. I am now 6 months into my denture package (also recommended for patients just getting their dentures for the first time) and have undergone some of the normal ups and downs of the process, but mostly it has been really good. On staff there, Rochelle, Angela, and Sierra have always been gracious and kind, never mean or haughty, and always professional. Sure they sing along to a song playing and laugh when something is funny, but that just shows that they are at home in their work environment. I look forward to their brand of caring and the way they treat me. Dr. Sant did the work on my mouth and did a wonderful job. If i had to do it over again i would have him be the one doing it. That is how i feel about Rochelle, Angela and Sierra as well. I have called the office to make an appointment, ask questions or get confirmation of some piece of information and Becky has been quick to help or to put me on with one of the gals mentioned above so as to give me correct information. I don't know who actually makes the dentures, but mine seems to be really good quality and i am happy with it so far. I was referred to this office by friends and i am thankful to them. In return I have and will continue to refer people to this office for their denture needs.
Sitting in the waiting room i have met and spoken with people who, like me, have continued success with this office and are happy. I have also seen and heard a few people complaining about having to wait, but that is what happens when you go someplace without an appointment - you wait your turn, just like when you go to the grocery store. Just 'cause you got to the store first doesn't mean you will check out first, there are a lot of factors that determine that. For many people, having the ability to show up without an appointment and still be taken care of means a great deal. This place is worth the wait.
If you are wondering why the prices are lower than what you may find elsewhere, give them a call. Becky will explain how Affordable Dentures is able to get stuff done for less and therefore pass those savings on to their patients/customers.

I brought my mother in for dentures and implants. The staff is awesome. I'm not sure what these people on here are talking about, this office is great!! The implants are great and she's super pleased with her dentures. We had a wonderful experience.

Was much less painful than i thought , did a great job on me, i healed quickley with no problems. The plates upper and lower fit unbelievabley well. I would recomend this establishment to anyone. Dont be afraid ,dentures are a piece of cake ,these people really know how to do this, should have done this years ago!!! Am smiling😁👍👍👍

While the extraction was not great, Dr. Bill is very kind and understanding. The whole team works to give you the best care possible. He gave me my "movie star" smile back and explained so much about what was going on with my rotten teeth. They were crumbling away. Also his price was "Affordable"! Thank you Dr. Wilden.

We are going there and the bedside manner of the Dr could be alot better! My husband didn't know a thing about dentures and his doctors look at him like he's stupid. Not OK! They could use some refresher classes of coursty and empathy. Don't get the $500 dentures because the quality of them are crap. I'm paying the other $500 because my husband has had a horrible experience with this and he deserves the best and for $500 I expected Alot better dentures!

The staff and dentist were all top notch. .my dentures look good the wax impression fit great ..then....I go back for my permanent set and disaster. .the top fell down wouldn't stay up on my gums. .the lower set was loose also..they did a reset on my uppers amd never touched the lower told me to try them until they came back from vacation. .I explained to them I was going back home to Alabama before then.. all I got was a shrug ..now I have a $500 set of dentures that don't fit the uppers still drop down the lowers do not fit I cannot eat with them in and the lower dentures hurt my gums after wearing them for a couple hours and cause me pain if I try to eat with them in. Very disappointed in this dental service ..now it will be cheaper to get new ones then fix the ones I have.

In My Opinion, DON'T GO HERE FOR DENTURES. Over a year ago, I purchased the First-Time Denture Wearers package at over $1500.00. I got to work with a pretty good temporary denture for over 1 year.

But when the time came to get my implants and receive the permanent "PREMIUM" quality denture that I paid for a year ago, the service was crap and the denture is even worse. When I pointed out that the denture was ill-fitting immediately after putting it into my mouth, explaining about the fit & quality of the denture; I was told "too bad, that is how the impression came out!" The denture hurts my mouth, it is too thick for my mouth, talking is almost impossible.

Wait time here is an interminable eternity. Service and responsiveness from the dental assistant staff stinks. They talk about you behind your back and are rude, nasty, and snippy.

I will not ever be returning here again.

If they had a third of a star I would click that one instead of one star! This place is horrible, from the rude inconsiderate staff with no bedside manner, to the so-called "dentist", these people are con artists! We made the appointment for my wife had everything lined out,had a printout of everything that would cost and how much it was and then the day after my wife's procedure the tattooed bimbo that was helping us proceeded to say "well you didn't get a package"so we can't help you much, she said it like 5 times, they kept trying to tack on little charges here and there, I'm sure they will be shut down in no time at all, a bunch of the girls that work in there were on something, and let me assure you it did not improve their performance. I guess my only wish today is that nobody had to repeat what my wife went through and her grueling ordeal. And when it was done they didn't give her pain medication because they said the Sleep sedation, which by the way did not work, prevented them from giving her ANY kind of pain medication, which is horseshit because there's different variety of pain medication, they wouldn't even give her Tylenol 3 ,they said go home grab some Tylenol and go to sleep, and the next day when we arrived at follow-up and I told him my wife was crying most of the night and pain he almost laughed but caught himself!!! Made a appointment there for a routine checkup and a cleaning, arrived there 10-15 mins early to make sure I had time to fill out the paper works. The wait time before going in was longer than any dentist I've ever gone to before, then they just sat me in the X-ray room (note that I'm pregnant so can't have X-ray, which I told them on the phone when I made the appt) to wait even longer. They told me there was another patient in the actual cleaning room and will take just a few minutes, but I waited for another 45 mins with no updates until I proactively asked one of the employees, which then they told me they won't be able to see me that day because they were still working on the other patient. So they wanted to reschedule me and I told them no thank you, and left.
So incredibly disrespectful of other people's time! I had arranged childcare for my 3 kids so I can make this appt and made sure I scheduled plenty of time for this.

Oh, They have a policy if you're 15 mins late or no show, they charge you $25 no show fee. And guess what? Two weeks later I received a bill from that office of a no show fee! Just absolutely unbelievable. I did call them to make sure they took care of it as I was NOT paying for some lame fee when they should've paid me for not seeing me! I understand sometimes things happen and it takes longer to see one patient than the other, but have the courtesy and professionalism to notify their patients of the update so they don't wait forever. Do they think patients have nothing to do all day but to wait on them? Bad business practice.
