We are so thankful for Rachel and her team of rock stars that helped us to rent out and eventually sell our home! They were always very professional, courteous, responsive and helpful with any questions we asked and concerns that we had. As new home owners, we were unsure at first how to go about getting our home rented once we were reassigned to a new duty station. She was there with us every step of the way and kept us updated throughout the entire process. When we decided to sell our home, she again stepped in and was a huge help with all the decisions that needed to be made. She was always very patient and explained everything to us in full detail. It was the best experience we've ever had with a property management and realty company ever and we definitely recommend them!

I am so glad I had Rachel and her team helping me find a home! Trying to buy a house in my price range was almost impossible because the houses were flying off the market the day they were listed. I realized her passion and dedication as a realtor when I was getting ‘round the clock listing updates from her as she was sending convenient emails from early in the morning to late at night, which greatly aided in my home hunting. I was well represented by Rachel well when trying to close on the house, she advocated for me through negotiations with the seller’s agent. She made sure I was getting a turn-key home with all noted deficiencies on the home inspection fixed before closing. She made sure I was 100% happy with the home before proceeding with the sale. Buying my home with Pettit Realty was a pleasant experience- I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and look forward to having her manage my property when the time comes!

I would recommend! They sold our home and also found us a rental in the area we needed for our son in school. Kept in contact and as expected, came through on any hiccups along the way. Thank you Rachel and Rosie!

I wouldn't recommend any veteran use this company to find a home. They will take your money but won't go above and beyond trying to help someone.

I gave Petite Property Management the benefit of the doubt despite the bad reviews I read. I can now understand why they had bad ratings. My family and I hired a cleaning company that PPT recommended to us. Whenever there is anything the cleaning company missed during their cleaning PPT is supposed to call them to redo their work.
Trusting their recommendation and also in hopes to get most of our security deposit back we hired the cleaning company. It was not cheap. We even sent PPT our receipt of the amount we paid to cleaning company.
My husband and I were shocked for the amount PPT took out of our security deposit. They charged us again for cleaning cost, which we did not understand since we hired the cleaning company that PPT recommended. I can write more things I am dissatisfied about this business, but I won't. I would not advise anyone to do business with PPT.

After many emails and inquiries on their rentals, I choose another company. Poor customer service.
