I have been going to this facility for a few years and just love everyone. Do I have to wait, yes, they are busy but that's because they care and take the time needed to help. The staff is exceptional, very caring and thorough. Cecilia Christensen, best ever.
I have never had an issue with calls or emails, probably because my expectations are real. They get back to me in a day, if a message is left and again the staff is awesome.

The office staff were kind and thoughtful and the dental staff were as well. They gave us great care.

I am so happy Dr. Manchester is back! She is the best dentist I have ever had. I've had such horrible anxiety about going to the dentist and she was very understanding. Now when I go to see her I have very little anxiety. She works fast and efficiently! Love her! The Dental Tech Tatiana is also very pleasant, she is my favorite. These two as a team are awseome!!

Thursday March 4th. I am here for a dentist appt at 8am. There is me, the front desk lady taking temperatures, and two other patients. It is Covid season! I counted 4 employees walking in for their shift without a mask. I am not the paranoid person regarding masks. But I was floored with how many medical employees weren't wearing masks.

The front desk lady was great and told the man working in the first doctors office, (seems to be more management) about the situation. Yet another 5th employee walked in for their shift without a mask, he stopped her to put a mask on. I literally cannot believe medical employees in a pandemic, weren't wearing masks. While passing patients in the lobby.

I am a regular patient and was not impressed.

Avoid this place. The personnel here do not consider their Clients comfort. If you are unfortunate to have to visit this place , do not tell them you have anxieties. They will not do anything to help you.. The x ray machine is frequently broken which delays treatment. When it comes to Teeth cleaning be prepared for four or more appointments. I have come to understand that there are other dental clinics that can get your teeth done in two. I think it's so they can bill your insurance for additional charges.
The lobby which they share with the medical clinic it's very depressing and very dirty looking. The receptionistls look as if they've eaten lemons for breakfast. The usual wait between appointmeit's is 3. months I had to visit this place because i was unaware there were dental Clinics
That that accepted my state dental insurance please avoid this place

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office yesterday. I waited for hours and the dentist would not focus on the reason why I was there in the first place. He told me to go to the Tumwater seamar in Monday (is a holiday) to be evaluated for a root canal or extraction.I was in excruciating pain with an infection and he would not give me antibiotics. I left there and went straight to a medical walk in clinic and was put on antibiotics right away.

This place inspired me to find a better job with dental insurance so that I don't ever have to come back here again

My children and I had new patient appts together here on the same day. My son, 5, had a great time. My 15 month old daughter did not.
I had told the front desk that I wanted to be notified when my daughter and partner were called back so that I could be there for her first dentist appt.
They did not notify me.
I heard her screams from across the office, 10 patient rooms down the hall.
I waited 2 minutes and she kept screaming.
This was not an “uncomfortable” scream, it was a “I’m scared please help me” scream.
I told my son I would be right back and I followed her screams down the hallway.
I reached her room where the doctor had her head on his lap, the rest of her body on my parters lap.
The doctor was pinching her cheeks open and placing massive amounts of fluoride on her teeth.
Fluoride has been shown to cause lower IQs if given to children under 5.
One of the reasons why I wanted to be in the room with her.
Me: “What’s going on”
Dr. looked at me confused as if he was acting completely innocent: “Just applying some fluoride”
Me: “No, not until she’s 5”
Dr: “Dad said it was okay so I assumed it was”
He did not apologize, simply made excuses.
Dr: “Do you have anymore questions?”
Me: “Yes, why didn’t you use the mouth spacers instead of your hands?”
Dr: “It hadn’t occurred to me”
I picked her up
Dr: “Do you have any more questions?”
Me: “No, excuse me.” And left the room.
My appointment didn’t go well either.
The nurse kept repeating “good job” after each tooth X-ray (there was 18+ because she had to retake a few)
She spoke to me like a child.
The doctor came in, a different doctor than my daughters because I specifically requested not to work with that doctor.
They told me I needed a tooth cleaning and to schedule a tooth cleaning at the front desk.
My insurance paid them to X-ray my teeth, that’s it.
I scheduled a tooth cleaning, they told me that the tooth cleaning was to be scheduled 6 months out due to the “tooth cleaner” only being available one day of the week.
So I did.
Fast forward 6 months, they called me to “reschedule” my appt another month out because the “tooth cleaning lady” would be doing lengthy procedures each day she was available.
I said no, don’t reschedule me, I’ll call back if I want to reschedule.
Rewind to the doctor pinching my 15 month old daughter’s cheeks apart on his lap,
I had asked my partner what the doctor said during the appt.
He said the doctor came in the room, the nurse stood by the sink
Dr: “ok you’re going to put her flat on your lap and hold her arms down to her body while I count her teeth”
He did not try to speak to my daughter or comfort her. He didn’t say a word to my daughter, only gave instructions to my partner to restrain her.
I called the office 3 months later to file a formal complaint.
The woman I spoke to insisted that was proper procedure and the doctor did nothing wrong. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she replied angrily “yeah sure I’ll have him call you” then she hung up on me.
3 days went by and I received no call.
I spoke to my WIC program lady and she gave me the supervisors name.
I called him and he had no idea I had called 3 days prior.
He apologized for the woman’s behavior and said he will make sure that all doctors are aware that they need to speak to every patient, regardless of age.
I do not know if this was followed through.
I went to Access Dental recently and they gave me a full teeth cleaning and 2 porcelain fillings in less than 45 minutes.
I will never go back to seamar.
They have a terrible customer satisfaction rate and work with out of date policies.
They think because someone is kind to adults that they couldn’t be out to hurt children which is exactly what predators are like. They are charming, kind, sociable but when cornered with a child they are forcible, unwavering and “always right”.
Do not go to Seamar.

Receptionist ladies don't come off as very friendly 70% of the time. Calling in to schedule or reschedule often takes 15 minutes even though they have 4 women working as Receptionist during the afternoon. The Lobby is very depressing and often feels more like a dmv. Some Orthodontist (Non Docters) Degrade you while checking you teeth. The only reason why these people even have any patients is because Hispanic community prefers it due to their excellence in bilingual services.

I made an appointment for a second opinion on a tooth and I'm still sitting here waiting almost an hour after my appointment time and I'm informed they are still with another patient. Why would you schedule so many patients if you literally cannot keep their appointment times?! Like how irresponsible and dysfunctional is this facility

I went to Olympia Dental for my cleaning and wow was it better. At Sea Mar the cleaning was always agonizing and they’d tell me that that’s just how it was. At Olympia Dental they were so nice- they numbed my gums so that they wouldn’t hurt, something that wasn’t offered to me at Sea Mar even as they watched me in agony while getting cleaned. Step it up

If you’re thinking about going here don’t, I’d rather you go somewhere else this place is absolutely dismissive and rude the staff at the front desk does not care no help whatsoever if I could give a zero I would. Absolutely horrible service from Ryan D Cordero MD he did not care for my daughters concerns, the whole team just wanted to push us out of the clinic and made it a horrible experience for my daughter and I.

This place is beyond horrible the front desk staff are horrible at responding a simple question. The manager Jordan is hard to get a hold of. Maybe now she can return my calls.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE. I SPENT THE LAST YEAR GETTING MY KIDS ESTABLISHED WITH THIS FACILITY. EVERY TIME I TRY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY REFUSE AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT AN "INTAKE" APPOINTMENT. i HAVE 3 KIDS A JOB, AND SCHOOL. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO TAKE OFF 2 SEPARATE DAYS FOR 1 OF US TO BE SEEN TWICE FOR A BASIC CLEANING. YOU HAVE OUR RECORDS AND YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE US COME IN FOR INTAKES. YOUR ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOUR CLIENTS. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Dr didn’t even wash his hands before coming into the room and proceeded to painfully stab my gums unnecessarily. Whole place was a mess
