Shannon did a great job helping us sell our home in Lacey. She met with us to evaluate the home and she recommended some maintenance and minor improvements to help us get the maximum price and assure a quick sale. She assisted us setting the sale price and the she staged the home (for no additional charge), listed it, and arranged showings with the real estate community and multiple customers. Six days after it went on the market we had several offers for more than the asking price. Shannon worked with us to identify the best offer and worked with us and the other parties to close the transaction in a few weeks. This is the second real estate deal where we worked with Shannon.
