Dollhouse is fantastic! I keep going back because it's simply the best. Kaila is amazing at what she does, and she's so friendly and easy to talk to. Kaila’s expertise shines through at every appointment and my hair always turns out even better than I could hope for. I always leave the salon with gorgeous, shiny, soft, perfectly styled hair. Dollhouse is my go-to salon, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! 💕

I’ve gone my whole life with heavy plain hair and Shelby Kidd has done an amazing job at bringing my hair to life. She gave me the most subtle sun-kissed look and I’m in love!! Shelby also gives the best head massage known to man.

I went in today and had Kaila do my hair after I had a different salon bleach and ruin my hair the day before, so I called in and Kaila took me in last minute and did such an amazing job fixing my hair, I mean yesterday I was crying cause it looked absolutely horrendous and today I was definitely so incredibly happy with how my hair turned out. Thank you so much to Kaila and I will definitely be back. 10/10 I would highly recommend this salon.

My hairstylist today was Olivia she was amazing! I noticed all the stylists at Dollhouse are super nice as well! I came in not really knowing what my hair needed but explained what I liked about my hair & what I thought it needed, she listened very well & was able to put her magic to work. I had a trim, highlights & toner. I’m extremely happy with my service. I’ve been in & out of salons for 14yrs & Olivia made me feel very comfortable! The outcome is relieving because its exactly what I asked for & nothing less. Everything was such a breeze.

Kaila is an absolute gem. She is professional, but also extremely friendly, genuine and kind. I am always blown away by her work and I would recommend her, as well as her salon, to anyone.

Yesterday I went to see Bailey at Dollhouse Salon. I felt welcome from the moment Bailey greeted me. We sat down and talked about what I was looking to have done. I made my appointment from an online app. Bailey took time to read my comments and do some research before I came in. From that moment I knew she was dedicated to making her customers happy. We talked for about 10 mins and shared inspiration pics. I originally wanted to go from bright blonde to strawberry blonde. Big step! By the time I was in her chair I had changed my mind and wanted to take baby steps getting to strawberry blonde coloring. Bailey took time to collaborate with her team and came up with a game plan. She walked me through every step along the way. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out.

Bai did so well with my 3 year old daughters first haircut in a salon. She talked to her so sweetly & had the cutest apron for her to wear. She was patient while my toddler fidgeted and all. We had a great experience and a cute cut for my girl! Will definitely come back to her in the future.

Could not say more positive things about my full highlight with Shelby Kidd! She listened and fully delivered. Thank you for making me a bright blondie again!! She also gave me great recommendations for product & hair health. Book with her while you can!

Went and saw Cassie and she did amazing. I've got hair almost down to my butt and I've loads of box dye over the years so I knew my hair would be a nightmare for anyone. I wanted a blue oil slick and, after a few hours and two bleaches, Cassie absolutely nailed it. I will continue to make the trip from Kirkland to Olympia specifically to have my hair colored by her. So happy to finally have the mermaid hair I've always wanted!

Olivia cut my hair and gave me a beautiful balayage! I needed something new and she definitely delivered! Don’t second guess making an appt with her. She’s extremely kind, understandable and will do her absolute best to help achieve what you want. I know she did it for me and she’ll do the same for you!!!

Shelby kidd did my hair this morning & she did a great job highly recommend her and great conversation literally felt like I was hanging out with my friends just having a chat great energy and great people thank you again Shelby your awesome!

Bailey Kirk is an amazing artist and I am so excited to see her at Dollhouse! She always makes me feel beautiful and listens to my ideas and really takes the time to come up with a game plan to get me to my hair goals. Give her a shot you won’t be disappointed!! She is a color expert too and she thrives with it. 100% customer for life, I will follow her wherever she goes

I would give the salon itself 4/5 stars. It could definitely use some upgrading, seats are a little over used but not torn and the price is on the high end but I will say worth it. The overall appearance of the salon is clean and well-organized.
But my main review is for my stylist, Natalie. She is the reason I will be back. She communicated very well with me, even prior to my appointment time. This was my first time at this salon, Natalie was very easy to talk to, conversation was never forced, she’s a genuine person so the conversation flowed very naturally. My hair was quite the disaster as a result of multiple bad dye jobs. Natalie has a strong consultation and built my confidence that she could help fix my mess. My previous stylist (at a different salon) would get dye all over, Natalie works clean and efficiently. She also made sure to get all the dye out of my hair, especially at the bottom of my head which my previous stylist would always forget to wash out. My hair turned out better than I expected.

I am so incredibly happy with my cut and style done by Hillary!! She listened to everything I had to say and executed my vision perfectly! I will definitely be back :)

I got my hair done with Shelby Kidd and love it. My hair was so damaged before our appointment. It never felt this soft and light in a long time. She gave me great tips on keeping my hair healthy. I showed her 2 inspo pics and let her work on my hair. I love how great my balayage came out. Definitely would recommend her.

As a wavy/curly girl, hair salons make me really nervous. I’ve never been happy with my results or the pricing for “curly cuts”. Kaila listened to each of my concerns & took me to the lighter side whilst keeping my length & my curls in tact. Couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. Just in time for fall, too. 10/10 🫶🏼

They were able to see me quickly and Kaila installed my tape-in extensions. She did a WONDERFUL job and I am sooo happy with the results <3 :)
