The Department of Ecology is a fantastic state agency dedicated to protecting the environment. The people who work there are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The building is also set on a beautiful site surrounded by forest trails and wildlife.

Harassment and belittling is widely accepted here. Even after talking with union rep, Alan Bogner, he said that “it’s a common issue in the workplace and that there isn’t much we can do about it” Makes me really question our work environments for state employees...
