It is true.. you are in good hands with Allstate. We have had for many years and extremely happy with their service and how they continue to support us with our insurance needs.

Been with Allstate for 6 years. Luckily, I haven't needed to file a claim for car or homeowners insurance, but I know they would assist me quickly and efficiently. I usually deal with Ashley for assistance, and she is so pleasant.

Alaina Kerr has proven to me that customer service is alive and well. She is making sure that the Motto "you are in good hands" really means that; even if this is not practiced by the entire company. Thank you Alaina!!! During these stressful times, you are a ray of sunshine!

Worked with Ashley Miller who was wonderful. She went over our policies line by line. Explained it all in great detail so we could understand it better. Updated our policies and saved us money as well. She's very user friendly and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend her.

This year was difficult dealing with multiple insurance claims. We were dealing with a theft and then my husband had a car accident. The saving grace that helped us deal with all of this was the excellent staff in the Lacey, Wash office.

Just moved to Olympia Washington and so far everything has been easy. I haven't been in any accidents but I feel confident that if I was, I would be taken care of.

I love these people! I had what I thought was great coverage a decent rate. A friend was telling me to just make a five minute call I was surprised how much more I was able to get at even a lower rate. My favorite thing is an actual person helped me not a call center. I am insisting my friends and family at least make that call because I was surprised how competitive their rates were.
