As a minority business owner I would recommend you never do business with First Citizens Bank. They have unethical practices such as closing your account with good standing for no reason. If you lack a certain Financial status this Bank does not want your business. I had a business account for over 3 years and they just decided to close it. I never had any negative banking issues with this Bank. I kept a decent amount of money in this Bank but it was clearly not enough. I inquired about the closure of my account all the way up to the owner and they refuse to explain why my account was closed. All they would tell me is they reserve the right to close any deposit account at any time. They closed my account and it impacted my business and they did not care. I would not recommend this bank for your business or personal needs especially if you're a small business.
