I purchased some boots from Redwing in North Spokane. After about one year, I had issues with the quick ratcheting laces. I needed them fixed quickly and Katie came up to the Newport Highway store from Spokane Valley to fix them so I could use them for work the next morning. That is amazing customer service and I appreciate it very much. Thanks again Katie!

Great place to buy a pair of American made boots they are helpful and even will oil up your boots for free and put laces on I have no complaints I usually wear a pair of boots out in a year redwings I made a pair last 3 years wearing em everyday

I'm a third year apprentice carpenter. Experienced in building custom residential homes, post hole structures, comercial high rises, and civil structures such as wide span bridges, etc. I take pride in my work... In 38 years of life experience, to be honest, I have never wore such a comfortable fitting boot. I walked into Redwing, with no expectations and with quick and kind help, I ended up walking out with a beautiful pair of the most comfortable boots I have ever wore. I'm blown away by the craftsmanship and I'm pleased to think someone out there takes as much pride in their line of work as I have in mine. As I walk around and navigate my work site, I'm proud to own these boots and I'm thankful for the help from Redwing that I had received.

I was uncertain of purchasing another pair of red wing/worx because of a bad experiences with comfort and deterioration. There aren't great options locally as far as I am used to.

I worked with a great sales person at 4pm today, 2/3/23. Dude was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Shame I didn't catch his name to give him the props he deserves.

I chose some boots based on his advice and I believe I'll have a better experience than I have in the past. In addition to this there is a 30day comfort guarantee. 10/10 of my experience today.

Went in to get my husband some boots for work. They were beyond helpful and really showed my husband how amazing quality stores and quality boots are supposed to be. The two employees who helped us were freaking amazing. Not to mention how knowledgeable they are. So nice, so helpful, and sooo polite! We will forever be going to this store!

Just went to Red Wing Shoes for the first time. Scott (the owner) was great. Took the time to talk to me about the pros/cons of each option, to help be pick the type of shoe that made the most sense for my job. Old school service - he actually measured my feet, brought out multiple boxes of shoes to try on, etc. If the boots I got are as comfortable and long lasting as I expect, I will be back for sure.

Best shoe buying experience I have ever had. The staff was SUPER friendly, and were very patient with my many questions :) I was able to get a very comfortable and well made pair of boots at a great price, but the staff were possibly even more impressive than this great pair of boots. 5/5, would recommend to everyone

Outstanding customer service. We were helped immediately. The salesman was thorough and attentive. We love buying our workboots from redwing because they have high quality footwear. Nothing else holds up as well or as long.

I visited Red Wing just to research boots. The man working ask if wanted help. I gave him the specifics of my feet and boot requirements. He brought out 12 different pair of boots for me to try. Retrying on boots, asking questions. Walking in each pair. He is very patient. He gave his opinion when I asked. He even allowed me to try a set of insoles in the boots I chose. The boots I chose had to be ordered. Should arrive in 10 days.

Incredibly helpful staff, friendly owner, and currently my favorite brand of boots and shoes. If you've never been to a red wing store you definitely need to check it out! This location is fantastic.

I have been going to red wing boots for over 30 years and they have always been very accommodating and helpful. If I ever have had a problem they take care of me quickly. Good boots that fit great

Went in to use a boot voucher I get through work. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the product and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. She even oiled my old pair of boot I bought a couple times ago.

I came in looking for a good quality work boot and Brennan was very helpful finding exactly the shoe and fit that I needed. This location really takes the time to help customers and make recommendations rather than just a quick sale.
