Always had good service with these guys. They set up an appointment with me and spoke with me for over 30 min to go over all of our coverages and make sure we were properly insured. I have been with All Insurance for five years now. I have never received such personalized customer service. Jessie is always quick to respond to my countless emails I send asking questions or just simply voicing concerns. She is quick to run numbers to see if I am able to save in any way. We began a search for a new insurance agency a couple of years ago when our prior agent of 15+ years retired. We studied and interviewed four agencies and choose All Insurance because they seemed to have the best customer service. This proved to be true recently. All of our policies are paid through Easy Pay, PEMCO's EFT payment method. Our credit union was not paying one of the policies due to a snafu on our part. We were so thankful that Joe and others in the office got to the root of the problem and helped us get everything straightened out. It's great to have someone go to bat for you when necessary.

Always great and caring customer service. I never, ever feel like just a number when I call in no matter what question that I might have. Plus, I am offered good advice even if it might lead me to switching companies. That sure doesn't happen often!
