Dr. Collins did wonderful with my 5 year old daughter who had a cavity. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. He is very kind and patient with his staff as well. 10/10 recommend. Front desk staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Love Light Dental in Lacey! David at the front desk was my first contact & he is probably THE most friendly, positive & helpful office staff employee you'll ever meet in any setting. Dr. Collins is my dentist & he's amazing as well. Very careful & considerate with all of my needs including getting an implant which I was initially scared to get. Not anymore. I'd get 10 implants from Light Dental. Highly recommend for all the reasons listed above. Thanks guys!

I went for a deep cleaning at Light Dental Studios and the front office is great! They are friendly and professional. I have major anxiety for getting Dental work done and Alison, Dental Hygienist, was so great! In the past, at a different Dental office, I was in pain during my cleaning. I refused to go back.
They were rough and felt uncaring.

My husband found Light Dental Studios, Lacey, WA and had great things to say about them, so I decided to give them a try.

I am so glad I did! Alison was so great. She reassured me and took notice of my pain level and took her time.

From the very start the receptionist, David made me feel so comfortable and actually excited for my dental exam. During my appointment the entire team was phenomenal they made me feel comfortable and adequately addressed all of my needs in concerns to include insurance coverage, out of pocket costs and referrals! THE! place to get any dental work done. Dr. Collins is a superb Dentist. He is very efficient, considerate, and patient focused. These values are shown again when you talk to anyone who works at this office, like David who works at the front desk. He is always smiling and warm while treating you like a friend he hasn't seen in a while.

Visiting the dentist is rarely something one looks forward to. Yet, Light Dental Studios of Lacey transforms the daunting visit into an experience as routine and surprisingly palatable as a gym session. The quality of the studio is set by the extraordinary patient care displayed by Dr. Collins, who goes out of his way to look after his patient's interests. Recently he spent a good deal of his free time to assist with an issue that I, as a cancer patient, had, and I was moved by his dedication and follow through. Every staff member, from the welcoming reception team to the skilled specialists and dentists, greets and treats you like a valued friend, delighted to see you after a long absence. At the front desk, Abbigail, Margaret, Sidney and David, (sounds like Charlie's Angels, but are more efficient and less onto themselves) set a tone of optimism, indefatigably answering questions, no matter how repetitive and inane they might be (and I am guilty of both). I literarily look forward to seeing these four "musketeers" (here I go again, switching metaphors at random). With decades of dental visits behind me, I am well-qualified to compare, and I confidently affirm that this studio stands out as the best I've ever visited. I applaud the management for assembling such an exceptional team and equipping them to provide outstanding patient care.

I have dealt with extreme anxiety about seeing the dentist and went over 5 years without going, only making an appointment when the pain became intolerable. The staff at Light Dental Studios has been amazing. I have never felt judged by the state I let my teeth get to. Dr. Bedayse has been patient and accommodating to my anxiety and helped me to feel at ease. Today I had a deep cleaning done by Cheryl who is hands down the best dental hygienist who I have ever worked with. She cheered me on through the uncomfortable procedure, carried on a very light conversation that kept me at ease and gave me lots of tips on new ways of keeping up with my home dental care. If you struggle with dental anxiety, this is the dentist for you. I have a couple of follow up appointments scheduled and, for the first time in my adult life, I have no anxiety whatsoever about these upcoming appointments. In fact, I look forward to another cleaning with Cheryl! She is a delightful woman to work with.

I spent about 3 to 4 weeks trying to track down a referral the VA said they approved. I tried calling every week but was repeatedly told there wasn't one. I called the VA one last time to verify, and they confirmed it was sent. Calling the VA is not as easy. You wait to be helped somewhere between 30 mins to 1 hour. I called Light Dental and got a hold of Jessica. She was the best. I felt so discouraged because I've tried so many times before. She reassured me that she will personally look for my referral and call me back to update me. She called me back within an hour to let me know that she found my paperwork and immediately worked to get me an appt. There was a last minute opening so I got seen the next day. I went in and met this wonderful person Jessica. She's as wonderful in person as she was on the phone. I really appreciate great customer service and I was already sold with the two people working in the front. I was seen by the dental assistant shortly after. I've always gotten my teeth cleaned on post, but this was the first time ever I've had an outside dental clean my teeth. It was such a calm experience. The dental assistant was nice, thorough, and careful. I think there is only one doctor there that day, but he was very efficient. I left there quite pleased with my experience. Best of all...no cavities!

Light Dental Studios really went the extra mile with excellent service on my last visit. I had a superb experience with Cheryl, a dental technician. Her attention to details gave me the whitest teeth I've had in years. Her advice on home techniques, etc. was helpful as well. One of the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. So pleased.
