Tiffany the Operations Supervisor is beyond amazing. My husband had cosign on a car loan and we just needed paperwork to show that the other person was making the payments. We tried calling several times and got no where, well that was until Tiffany, and she really went above and beyond to help us. I thank her from the bottom of my heart because I saw that she really tried.

We recently opened an account at the Lacey branch. I highly recommend Harborstone and particularly Yenni, who handled the procedures we requested. It's a very well managed organization.

Was having some issues with a new car loan account that was created through a car dealership. Needless to say, they forgot to input half my information on the new loan. So, I couldn't access my loan account. The staff at the Lacey Harborstone branch fixed all the car dealer's mistakes and were professional and friendly from the start. They got everything working and got me the information I was missing to complete the account setup. Great people.

We had considered using a home equity line of credit. We had too many credit cards with high balances and even paying extra were not going down fast enough. Kaitlin at the Hawks Prairie Branch was very helpful and after applying we got approved within 24 hours, even though we applied on a Friday. We will be saving over $1,000 a month in interest and now every time we make a payment to Harborstone it will open up available credit for anything else. I have been a member of McChord Credit Union/Harborstone Credit Union since 1968. Have had many car loans, personal loans through them. We are choosing to close out our credit cards with very high interest for 7%. Would highly
recommend Kaitlin and all of the great staff we have worked with at the Hawks Prairie Branch.

I can’t even express in words the gratitude I have for my experience with Harborstone.

I’ve honestly had one of the worst years of my life, I called Harborstone in tears and explained my situation and that I didn’t know a way out of what was happening or how to fix it.

The manager in Hawks Prairie, Kaitlin called me the following business day and offered a solution for everything, even the stuff I didn’t think there was a solution for.

I made an appointment with her and went into the branch, which I had previously been embarrassed to do, I left in happy tears shocked she took the time to do anything, when so many other people have just judged me for the things I’m going through. She even offered solutions to other situations just to make life a little easier and I cant thank her enough.

I feel like I have a fresh start with this new year and I’ll continue to bank with Harborstone forever just because she made me feel like things will be okay when I previously didn’t see a light. Kindness and courtesy goes so far and Kaitlin is the perfect example of that.

The Hawks Praire location is very friendly and welcoming. Denise helped me set up a business account for me. She was amazing, welcoming, friendly and shared how excited she was for me. Not very often I've been in a bank where they've been so encouraging.

I wasn’t sure, when I first came into HCR (Galaxy), if I was going be able to make some loan changes. Tiffany P. and another associate (Didn’t get her name. Sorry.) helped me through in refinancing my auto and also helping me make a couple other decisions in getting a much, more stable financial plan. So thankful!
