Went to get our wiggly kiddo a haircut. Vicky did an excellent job! We showed her a picture of how he looked after his last haircut, she replicated it in under 15 minutes.

Katie did an amazing job cutting my hair! She was very sweet I will definitely go back to Supercuts.

The stylist who cut my hair, Jessica S, was super sweet and super helpful! I didn’t know the specifics of what I wanted and she showed me images to help me pick what I needed and helped me fill in the gaps. She was lovely to talk to the entire time and I loved the results. I’ll definitely go back next time I need my haircut.

My son's 1st real haircut and she did a great job, was very kind to my son and I and gave him a lollipop at the end. She took her time and made sure my son was happy. Thanks again.

I was able to obtain the very last available appointment for the day, at 4:30. They were scheduled to close at 5, so I was relieved that my daughter could be seen.

When we arrived (myself and my 2 young daughters), we were greeted by the lone employee there, whom my daughter immediately struck up a conversation with. We learned that Jessica not only recently started working here but that she also was quickly promoted into managing the store. This did not surprise me, as Jessica seemed not only very capable but also very personable.

I was afraid that Jessica Simpson (the name of the stylist) would need to cut off almost all of my daughter's hair, as her hair was so incredibly knotted and matted everywhere.

But, Jessica was able to slowly, gently and painstakingly comb out all of my daughter's hair, which required staying 30 minutes past closing time.

My daughter is currently identifying as transgendered and so had wanted a much shorter, more masculine-looking haircut (for the first time). Jessica was able to ascertain exactly what my daughter wanted, and gave her a wonderful pixie haircut.

Jessica also helped me pick out some specific hair products to maintain my daughter's new hairstyle (which she absolutely loves!)

It was such a pleasant, low-stress experience, from Jessica's friendliness, her skills, to her (obvious) sincerity & empathy- I will plan on always returning here (and to Jessica) for all of my daughter's future haircuts.

This Supercuts is lucky to have such an employee.

I got my hair cut by Trin. She was very kind, kept enthusiastic conversation, asked me a lot of questions about my cut, and my end result was great! My romantic partner loves her as they see her as their stylist regularly

This is my new place. It was my first time going and I believe the one who did my hair was Trinh. SHE. IS. A. GOD. I had some rly bad highlights leftover from summer and asked for some curtain bangs and a step cut dyed to a dark brunette color. I showed her a few photos as well and she understood immeadiantly the look I was going for. I was so happy when she was done and she even reccomended me a serum I could use AND some shampoo and conditioner! I really appreciated her work, and it feels so nice to know that I now have a go to place!

I moved to Washington from out of country six months ago and had been looking for a great barber because my hair is fairly difficult to cut and manage and was unable to until I came here. I had been to this supercuts twice prior and had fine haircuts however on my third visit someone new had cut my hair. Her name was Sheena. She was friendly, quick, skilled, and efficient. My haircut lasted less than 10 minutes with her whereas normally it takes around 15-20 and she did wonderful. I highly recommend Sheena for her excellent service and knowledge.

Vicki (in Lacey) is the ONLY person I want cutting my hair. After months of maintaining my super LONG hair with trims and stylized bangs - and then helping me cut it shorter and shorter in stages ? I finally worked up to having it cut completely short (inverted Bob). I ❤ it and am completely happy with my new look. The bangs are the hardest thing to "get". I'm very picky about how they look. Vicki gets them right - EVERY time. Thank you, Vicki!!

Had the regional manager there and she was busy working to assist staff. What an excellent treat. Although when it was my turn I got another employee. Just as talented. Super happy and will return.

Sheena did a amazing Job on my hair! She also gave me a lot of great advice on my hair on what products to use and how to style it to make it look fuller. I defently recommend her. I'm very picky when it comes to my hair. She did a amazing Job. Go see her if you are looking to get your hair cut.

Joshua always gives the best service. I have never had my hair cut by a guy before. But I have also never had this amazing of a haircut. Joshua made sure that I walked out of that store looking like a master piece. Compliments all day and lots of people asking me where I got my haircut. He also made sure to show me how to style my cut at home. He also recommended lots of great products and while he was styling he told me every product he was using. Defiantly will be back! Thank you Joshua!

They take walk-ins and same day appointments. Always friendly and helpful, kind and courteous. Vicki works hard to be sure you get the best hair care and the style you want. It's been 10 years of excellent experiences for both me and my daughter.

Joshua is the man. He cut my hair, best haircut I've ever had. And I'm losing mine, so that's a lot. He made recommendations that made sense, not just a sale. My wife loved the haircut too. He then helped her with hers with expert advice, that she will use and enjoy. To top it off, he helped our Pokemon Go game. If that's not full service, I don't know what is.

Lastly, this guy Joshua, he doesn't have enough staff. So he works like 17 days in a row. Even with this he has an awesome attitude. It's nice that my wife and I find our new haircut place, and it's in the same building with the same person. Thanks Josh.

Real talk... The lady with black curly hair was amazing....truly a dream come true when it comes to styling. She knows her stuff. Super pro. 100 out of 100. The lady who tried to make my appointment barely spoke English and I did not understand her at all. Would not recommend her,Tran. She does not make a good line or fade well.

If you're going to make an appointment, ask for Sheena. Very knowledgeable about hairstyles/products. Gave great advice on what products I should use according to my tastes and preferences. She also had over the top customer service. Very generous. Great haircut, phenomenal service. Ask for Sheena!

This was my first time being at any super cuts location. I usually go to hair masters but this place tops them by 100. The original reason i went this time was because they had better hours and im SO HAPPY I decided to give it a try. I absolutely LOVED Sheena. She created my best hair cut experience, she was very knowledgable and was comfortable to be around and had lots of great ideas. She gave me exactly what I wanted and more. First impression was iffy but by the end I could not have been more happy. Ill be a Sheena client for life and she will be my first recommendation to anyone who asks. Thanks Sheena!! 😊🤗😊

Joshua has been cutting and coloring my hair for about a year now._The color is always fabulous and after experiencing a horrible orangish color from another salon, I appreciate even more how fab the color always is! __He listens to what you want and comes up with great ideas when you give him the 'I don't know what I want... I just want something different'. __The team at the shop are very friendly and thoughtful and make everyone feel at home. __And there's nothing better than the compliments on the cut & color I receive. Highly recommend!
