As an insurance agent, I've been recommending CareMaster LLC to my clients for years. When an emergency or disaster happens, it's very important that I recommend a mitigation company that is organized, calm in the midst of chao, pays attention to detail and most importantly, a company that cares about their clients. CareMaster is all of those things and more. Recently, I had to call for their services on a personal level. After seeing moisture on my bathroom ceiling, I was concerned and immediately called Pam Hill of CareMaster. Of course, I had to discover this on a weekend and was very worried about what I should do! Pam not only took my call on a weekend, but she was also so caring, calm, helpful and gracious. She instructed us on what our next steps were to find out where the moisture was coming from and how to get it fixed. First thing Monday morning, not only did we have the A/C people out fixing the problem, but we also had Pam at our home evaluating and preparing us for the next steps. Not only Pam but the whole CareMaster team was just awesome. They had their people bring out dryers to stop any further damage and mold. They had a team that came out after that to clean up any mold that had already started to grow and to meet with our insurance adjuster. From there, I worked with so many other wonderful people from CareMaster including Tracy Weber, who helped us with scheduling and claims payments. Also, the contractor, William Buck and his team, who put our home back together. Not only did they do the work, but they were also meticulous about cleaning up every day before they went home. That meant a lot to me. CareMaster was always on top of things and addressed issues to our liking. From the little details to assuring that we were happy with their work. I cannot imagine ever using or recommending anyone other than CareMaster Clean. Thanks guys!

We had a water line burst on our third floor toilet supply. The water damage went all the way to the garage after only an hour. When called they came out immediately (late in the afternoon) and handled our mitigation, tear out of walls and ceilings and treated and dried everything out over the weekend.

We received regular updates on progress.

My mom had a house fire in Greenville July 2022. Insurance contacted Caremaster and they launched into action. They packed, cleaned and stored all her belongings with an incredible inventory including photos of each item. They worked with insurance company regarding coverage and estimated repairs. Each person I dealt with in each area of the project gave me their cell phones so I could always reach them even if they were out of the office. They did basically an entire renovation of her home and helped us navigate the process with her mortgage company and insurance. The house turned out beautifully. If you or a loved one have fire or water damage or need home repairs this is the company to choose hands down.

My wife and I had a water line break underneath the house and my insurance company recommended Pam and her team at CareMaster for the remediation. When we contacted Pam she was out to our house that day and her team was on site the next day to start remediation. They were very quick, professional and courteous. The communication between their team and us was amazing they kept us up to date and involved with every step possible.

I contacted CareMaster through a referral. I am SO GLAD I did. Pam Hill was professional, thorough, and on top of things from the word, "Go". My elderly sister had recently passed, and for 3 years she had used her gas logs extensively and continuously. The entire home was coated with "soot" which had the appearance of nicotine. It was literally EVERYWHERE and covered EVERYTHING. When the crew arrived, on time as discussed, they went right to work. It took 2 full days, and MULTIPLE times of redoing the heavily coated floors. Amof, to make sure I was completely satisfied as a customer, they had to come back another time to go back over the highly damaged floors. Liz was super nice and had no complaints, but was only interested in making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. All of the crew that worked there were motivated and friendly. The price for their extensive amount of work was very affordable and fair. Pam and Tracy stayed in contact with me through the entire process, making sure I was satisfied and inquiring if anything else needed to be done. When I mentioned to them about returning to go back over the floors (they were cleaned at least 6 times, that's how bad they were), she said, "We'll get right on it." A return day was scheduled, Liz was on time, and got right to work with no complaints. Who does THAT anymore? CareMaster did! I was very pleased and impressed with Pam Hill and how thoroughly, professionally, and quickly she managed the process, and stayed in contact with me. She was even out of town for personal time, and STILL took time to communicate with me about the job without getting upset. I am completely satisfied with CareMaster, especially considering the very difficult task they were given, and they got it done. I will forever recommend them for any cleaning services I am asked about. Top notch...all the way!🙂🙂

I cannot say enough about the people at Caremaster Greenville! We had a sewer main back up into our house and Caremaster was onsite within 15 to 30 minutes of when we placed the call. There is no telling how much money they saved us by showing up quickly and preventing further damage. I know exactly who I will be calling the next time an emergency arises. Their staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful!

I want to thank Care Master for a great job. I had a fire in my attic during the night, Pam Hill contacted me the next day. She came out to my house and the problem I had with the fire, she made it easy for our family. I want to thank Pam and Care Master for a great job. Pam Hill has helped me every step of the way from the first phone call. She goes above and beyond to take care of everything to make the process as smooth as can be. I worked with Pam about an issue I had with my roof. I had tried to get several roofing companies to respond to get an estimate on replacing my roof. Noone came. I contacted Pam and she had a contractor there the next morning. I had my roof replaced 3 days later! Awesome customer service from Pam as well as the contractor she recemmended!! In an emergency situation our family had a lot of initial questions for the owners. They did not get frustrated with us, but took as much time that was needed and spoke in a way we could understand. This significantly reduced our anxiety and made us comfortable with their process, knowing were were in good hands.

Throughout our project the owners and employees treated us and our property with care and respect. When the employees moved our property in our updated home, they went above and beyond! They were at our home numerous times and ensured that we were happy, exceeding our expectations constantly.

We had a fire at our home and Caremaster was a life saver. They were able to remove and clean most all of our sentimental items and clean out the house for us. They did an incredible job. They also deal with flood issues. I wish I knew about them after Florence. They also took air samples to check on an issue with a rental apartment we were in. The also helped us get our list together for the insurance company and worked with them for us. They are the best!   I  highly recommend them.

CareMaster in Greenville NC was suggested by our homeowners' insurance. Our issue was a long term leak under our MBath shower. Wow, they were incredible. The various steps in mitigation, drying and then rebuilding took a long time because Hurricane Florence hit Eastern NC just as they were starting. Triage mandated that places like New Bern needed immediate service but nonetheless, George made sure we were not forgotten. The subs showed up when scheduled and all the craftsmen were competent and cleaned up after their work.
Several months later, our upstairs toilet started leaking while we were away and the main floor hardwood flooring was ruined, etc. I called George Saad immediately and hired CareMaster again. Their work is top-notch and their customer service was prompt and professional. I thoroughly endorse them for damage and restoration work in eastern NC.

CareMaster has been our go-to contractor for home improvement services since we had a tree through the roof about 17 years ago. The most recent time we had a leak in roof over our master bathroom. We contacted George Saad and then Kyle to get help with the leak damage. Kyle came and assessed damage with his sub-contractor who fixed the roof leak around a boot pipe while at our home. After a few days to ensure the repair fixed the leak, I called to have the sub-contractor come to repair ceiling damage in bathroom. He did an excellent job! We will continue to use their services in the future.

Issues with a upstairs bathroom, that seemed almost impossible to handle. CareMasters came in, took a look at what happened, was going on . Made assessments, contacted people and got the situation fixed. Thank you for all that you did!
