We were connected to this company by our insurance company when our cat broke a pipe and flooded us out of our house! They were responsive and helpful, providing us with furniture in our temporary housing situation. When the items they initially delivered did not work, they cheerfully exchanged them. They first brought uncomfortable bar stools and the ugliest carpet ever. When asked, they quickly exchanged these for very nice ones and two adorable lamps for the living room. When it was time to pick up the items they were timely, friendly, and efficient. I don't know what the cost was so cannot speak to the value but the service was very good. I also anticipate they will return our security deposit promptly 🙂 (if I'm wrong I will edit this review accordingly.)

I cannot remember the girls name who was working with my family’s move but she was the rudest and most unfriendly “professional” to work with.
