Super knowledgeable and quick to complete the job.
They troubleshot, diagnosed, resourced the parts, and performed all work in a timely matter that exceeded my expectations (which is generally hard to do) and I have been very happy with my experience in dealing with the knowledgeable staff at The wright Way. I have been in the service industry for half of my life now and coming from the demanding rental industries Field Service Technician ,as well as managing the service department, I can say the knowledge and experience combined with the overall customer satisfaction morals are outstanding at this specialized automotive shop. And I highly recommend this place for all automotive related work.

Great customer service! Told Me if any thing was wrong he would make it write just the company says Wright way and he did! Bought a chevy Malibu and it drove fine for a week it then started acting up and I took it back expecting the as spech but he didn't he fixed it it was just a bad batteries. Still got the car and runs great !

The female that is there was the most helpful sweet thoughtful person I have encountered to date. She deserves a raise ;-)

Can you share 0 stars? They’re constantly blocking my yard and gate with their “business” and I’m tired of it. Hope you enjoy calcium stains from my sprinklers :)
