I had a great experience. Everybody (Karla, Eva, Lisa and Dr Carol Luong) was super kind, caring and professional. Dr Luong is very methodical and organized. She conducted a very careful and comprehensive evaluation and then offered very detailed and clear explanation of her assessment. I appreciate her recommendations and concern for her patients' goals and well-being. The technology they used is too of the line and everything is clean and well cared for.

I love this place so much! I just came in for my first appointment at Pacific Dental Central and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with joy and a smile. The First woman I talked to instantly lifted my mood with her bright laugh and smile along with the other women that was there with her. They were very informative and joyful throughout my entire experience. The dental assistant was so kind and personal. She made an effort to connect with me and treated me like a great friend. Then the dentist came in and continued the joy. She was so nice and made a personal connection with me while also helping me with my problems. I didn’t come in for a cleaning either but when I asked her if I could also get one today she was happy to help me. I didn’t have the money upfront for the mouth wash I needed and with great appreciation the lady that helped me book my next appointment, still gave it to me anyways! Everyone in this building was full of love and joy. It made my day :) I honestly felt so happy walking out of that building. The whole environment here is so beautiful!! To interact with so many people and be left feeling energized and joyful after every interaction was so refreshing and amazing! :)

Coming in as a new patient needing pretty intensive oral surgery, I was amazed by the level of compassion and care I received from the entire practice. Fixed me up same day where other dentists wanted to take their time and make me come to a second appointment. Will be my forever dentist amd would highly recommend!

I am not someone who enjoys dental work, but i sure love Pacific Dental Center! All the staff are friendly and efficient. They are extremely helpful and have been sensitive to my anxieties surrounding treatments/cleanings. They are endlessly patient with questions and are excellent with insurance concerns. Honestly, I feel better about myself every time I leave. What a joyful bunch that makes dental work so much easier. Thank you!

The entire team of staff is amazing!! Karla and Lisa are so personable. I had a fear of going to th dentist most of my life and Dr Luong and her assistant Ava make the experience fun!!!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Luong is an amazing dentist, she gives the best injections, her work is very precise, I definitely trust her with my dental care!

The employees here are very personable and attentive. The professionalism is matched by their empathy and understanding. As someone with a lot of anxiety regarding going to dentists' offices, I feel really comfortable here. The doc and her staff are great!

Update: For the most part, this is all still true. But I want to give a special shout-out to Lisa, who helped fix an egregious mistake made by her predecessor. Part of me was ready to pull this place through the ringer over the fiasco I had to deal with. But they don't deserve that. They are professionals and kind people. One bad staff member that is no longer there does not ruin the business as a whole. You can trust them. They're good people.

I had a great experience. The staff & Dr. Loung are so nice. They took good care of me. They explain to me very clearly what procedure are they doing. Over all it was great!

I highly recommend this place to anyone! They took me in last minute for an emergency appointment. Lisa is amazing!! Dr. Luong is a top notch dentist. I will be transferring over to Pacific Dental Center as my primary!! Excellent service! Thank you again!

Have always received great care from
Dr. Loung and her staff. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended if you are looking for great dental care for yourself or your family.

I have been a patient at Pacific Dental Center since shortly before Dr. Luong came to this clinic. I am thankful for the kind and attentive staff that I meet each visit, Dr. Luong is very skilled at her profession and explains what is happening as she works on your teeth. I do not have insurance and appreciate how estimates for services are given well in advance so I won’t have any surprises! If you are looking for a dentist in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area I suggest you make a visit to this clinic on Pacific Avenue.

Staff are very nice, patients feel welcome with their smile & pleasant attitude, answer questions professionally to plan of care..

I had a dental emergency and was in pain. I was seen and treated within hours of my call. Dr. Luong and staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I have had bad experiences in the past going to the dentist and I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and efficient they were. I would recommend this place. Thank you, Dr. Luong, & Staff.

Heather was my hygienist for my cleaning and she was SO great. I’ve been going to Pacific Dental Center since before Dr. Luong was here and they have kept the family atmosphere alive. I feel so welcome when I come.

Phenomenal!
Ours was almost a walk-in because when we called the previous day, our appointment was set up immediately for the following day. Lisa at the reception desk was very responsive and everything went so fast.
Carol Luong, DMD was everything we needed.

The staff was friendly and professional. I received cleaning, x-rays, exam. I had an ongoing issue that was taken care of on the spot. I was given a detail plan of action need for follow on appointments. I appreciate what they did for me.
