Hawk's Prairie Health Mart Pharmacy

Will never go to a Walgreens or any other large chain pharmacy again. I dread picking up prescriptions at the big chain places. They never have it ready on time and never inform me if there is a shortage.

Best pharmacy I’ve been to. I was looking for a pharmacy open early after usually going to CVS at Target and Costco.

I was expecting to have to wait multiple hours like I have become accustomed to at other pharmacies in the area but instead it was ready 15 minutes after my doctor sent first time refill to this pharmacy.

I have filled prescriptions at big chain pharmacies and always dreaded the process. My provider sends prescriptions electronically and I used to have to call to make sure they were being filled. When I called Hawks Prairie pharmacy they had my medication filled and ready. There was no waiting in line to pick it up and they have a drive through. I am very impressed by the service I received. They are my preferred pharmacy hands down!

Can't say enough about this pharmacy and it's staff. They are well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful folks. When rite aid refused to answer their phone, these folks helped transfer my scripts. Best neighborhood pharmacy ever!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year, and am very impressed! Walgreens who? The pharmacist is so nice and knowledgeable, and the staff is great. Today I went in for a flu shot, and as I was waiting they called me to the window with all of my monthly meds. One of the techs (not even the one helping me) noticed I was there and saw my meds were in the queue for today, so expedited getting them ready! I am very appreciative of their excellent service, and my dog is very appreciative of the treats!

They get a full 5 stars from our family. I've used them now for almost 3 years. Their service is exceptional. I'm always greeted by smiling staff who are patient and friendly. When you forget to pick up your meds, they'll call you to give you a friendly reminder. While yes at times they can get busy, they do their very best and I've never had a problem waiting my turn. We need to remember that they are human too. They move as fast as they can without compromising attention to details. It's important we all learn to practice a little more patience and give a bit more grace.

Moved to Lacey recently and wanted something different than Walgreens or Rite Aid. This was the spot. Very efficient and helpful. Read a review that said they have a text reminder so I’ll have to set that up. Very happy here and the drive thru is quick and convenient. I’ve learned to avoid the crowded times so it’s very simple. We had delivery at our old place so that’s the only thing I miss.

This is a great neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist Sunil is a very kind,smart, and caring man, and their pharmacy techs are quick, knowledgeable, and always have a friendly and welcoming attitude. I am a lifelong local, and have experience with nearly every pharmacy in this city and the surrounding areas. Since I have found this gem, I have not wanted to go anywhere else.

I choose this pharmacy due to close distance to my job. Unknown to me that it would turn out so great. They always are extremely knowledgeable, great service, they compare discounts, love the drive up window.

First time here and they have done nothing but help accommodate me! I was sent over to them by Walgreens because of the shortage on epipens jr! They waited on hold for about 30 minutes to get the correct prescription for me! They had multiple people literally working on my sons prescription to help me make sure I was able to pick up today. Also they went online and found a coupon for the prescription for me ! I will be completely switching over to this pharmacy for my whole family! God bless their business!

Sunil is an excellent pharmacist. His clinical knowledge is great, he serves as a great patient advocate looking for opportunities to save his patient's money, and he is highly personable. He's my pharmacist of choice in Thurston County
