Alex was great, I knew from the start that he was going to get us into a home. He was motivated to find us the right house and his communication throughout the process was excellent. He was honest and helped us prioritize our wants/needs and provided local knowledge that helped us narrow down our selection. The whole Aaron Thomas team is top notch. Jada our Client Care Manager was great and kept us up to date during the whole process. Her communication was great and she really kept us up to date. I always knew what was finished and what was up next. She also gave us helpful reminders (like reminding us to get the utilities switched over) that I would have never thought of.

Alexis Moore and her support staff did a fantastic job helping me buy my house in Olympia.... The deal was done remotely while I was based in Colorado. She went out of her way a number of times to make up for me being out of state. It was a fast close but everything went smoothly thanks to her and the office!

Katie was amazing! From how quickly she listed my place, to fielding all of my many questions, to how quickly it sold she went above and beyond the call for me. I always felt so involved, and her intimate knowledge of the industry was clear and helped me avoid a lot of added stress. I only wish she could have been my agent in my cross-country move.

Katie was beyond. She was able to help predict what we were looking for and she was honest when we were looking at houses. She was patient and willing to explain the most basic of things that I was having a hard time understanding. If we ever look to buy a house again I know exactly who to call.

Alexis was such a blessing to us as a realtor. She was initially auto recommended to us by Zillow when we found our dream home. I had been previously working with another realtor, but they were unresponsive after hours and over the weekend. The home we were looking at was having an open house over the weekend and I was absolutely panicking that it was going to have multiple in person offers and sold before I could get to it. Alexis was amazing! She answered my calls and messages later in the evening and over the weekend. She went to the house in person and send me excellent quality videos and pictures. I needed her to be my in real life human since I was thousands of miles away working at the time.

Even better, when the house I thought I wanted, turned out to not be the best, she already knew of another property that ended up being perfect for me. In the same day she send me videos, and pictures, and I was obsessed! To make things even more simple, she helped me connect with the best mortgage lady, and the best home inspector. The whole process was streamlined and stress free. The team helped me navigate signing for the closing date while in another state, did the final walk through, and even collected the keys for me since I wasn’t there yet.

I cannot say enough good things about Alexis, and how grateful I am that she helped me get my home before I even arrived in state. I love it so much and would 100% recommend her to anyone in the process of buying a home. Don’t be afraid to dump your bad real estate agent for a truly great one. She will show up and fight for you for what you deserve. I felt so comfortable expressing myself to her and she never made me feel dumb for all my questions.

From our initial contact she demonstrated professionalism and a genuine desire to help us find our new home. Gaby took down our needs and wants and got straight to work sending us homes. We toured a few homes untill we found the right one.
