I love this dentist office! They are kind, compassionate and so helpful. They help me get a membership program that cost me less a year than my dental insurance. Kaitlyn is an awesome hygienist. She makes my teeth feel great! She is knowledgeable and explains everything she does. I’ve only seen the doctors for exams and both have been friendly, not rushed and talks through any questions.

All the staff were professional and friendly. It has been a few years since my last dental visit, and they made me feel welcomed and not at all guilty that it had been so long. Their waiting area is clean, cozy, and modern. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. The dental hygienist was amazing. She took the time to explain what she was doing and what it all meant. She was also gentle and kind, and not judgmental at all. It was a very pleasant experience and I know I will be well taken care of there.

I have extremely sensitive teeth and have had bad experiences in the past. So, needless to say, I am an anxious dentist goer.
The staff here is so friendly, thorough and most importantly gentle.
They made me feel so at ease and comfortable and I am happy to say I am not already dreading my next cleaning!

I love the convenience of this dental office right around the corner from my home! My dental hygienist Joylnn is always wonderful! She is so friendly and amazing at what she does! The office staff is so friendly and helpful! I also love that they offer in house dental insurance! If you’re looking for a new dentist I highly recommended!

Dr Wood and Nisqually Reach Dental is a fabulous healthcare facility….very kind and caring. I had a crown done that fits perfectly! My hygienist, Jo, is also remarkable in her talents and professionalism. It’s very comfortable to feel positive energy and spirit on my visits there.

An excellent dental practice. I left SMILES Dental as they were identifying dental work that didn't need to be done. Upon exam at Nisqually Reach Family Dentistry, there was no mention of the work recommended by SMILES. I'm exceedingly happy I moved dental practices and recommend Nisqually Reach to anyone.

Once again I have had a pleasant experience at Nisqually Reach Family Dentistry. The tech was thorough with my cleaning and knowledgeable in what is seen in x-rays. Job well done.

I have been going to Nisqually Reach Family Dentistry for roughly a year and a half. I have had 2 crowns replaced and regular dental cleanings during that time. All of the work has been done promptly and my new crowns look and feel great. All the people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful.

Attractive, cozy office. Friendly, attentive, professional staff and practitioners. Every person I encountered was engaging, taking time to answer my questions. They consider their patient’s preferences when putting together a treatment plan and keep up to date on the latest research/ best practices by attending annual conferences. Everyone there seems to enjoy what they do and that makes a huge difference. Worth the drive.

I just got some dental work done under sedation and the whole team was amazing with getting doctors coordinated and keeping me informed which relieved my general anxiety. I'm terrified of needles, but they let me know every step they did during iv insertion and talked to me right up till I went to sleep. Thank you so much everyone for accommodating my needs. It really helped overwrite some trauma from past experiences I've had with childhood dentists. I'm really grateful to everyone 💜 - Jay

Incredible experience. The young lady who helped me and did my examination was absolutely professional and friendly. Yesina (spelling way off, I am sure). 50 years old (don't tell anyone) and this by far was my best experience at a dentist office ever. Very educational. Talked to me like I was a student. 5 stars plus. First review in at least 15 years. Switch now! Highly recommend.

On time, ready set go in the chair and the fun began. Tech did a fine job, Doctor looked in (lucky for me she didn’t find any surprises. Phew!!! Supplied a pillow for the neck - very comfortable. Everything went like you always hoped it would. Everyone was very nice 👍

Yesterday I had a tooth extracted and bone graft in my preparation for an implant. Dr. Smith (not a relative) and his staff pay particular attention to making the experience as pain free as possible. As a result, I was amazed with not feeling any of the many shots necessary. The extraction, as well as the bone graft was completed with a minimum of discomfort. I'm 75 years old and have a long history with various dental procedures, including crowns, root canals, implants, and many extractions. My wife and I have been with Nisqually Reach Family Dentistry since we moved here in Lacey almost 3 years ago. We have found them to be very competent, personable, empathic, and 100% transparent with all costs associated with our procedures. We trust them and their staff with all of our dental needs!

Everytime I visit Nisqually Reach Family Dentist, I am greeted with warmth and care from the front receptionist, Becky, Amy and staff to my dental care team, Yesenia, Kiana and beyond, my dentists, Dr. Wood and all.
I appreciate their kindness, gentleness and caring nature they always utilize when it comes to my and my family's dental needs.
They are truly there for their patients and always listen to our needs, which is rare in this crazy world these days.
Thank you to all at Nisqually Reach for always ensuring that I'm most important from entrance to exit and follow ups in between.
And last but not least, I get to play a round of my favorite arcade game, PACMAN, while waiting for my appointment, which is never long enough because they don't make you wait long, so if I want, I then can continue my game playing after my appointment!

Great staff and dental team. Wonderful area for children. The office is new and tastefully decorated. I was impressed with the hygienist's knowledge and treatment. The I initial consultation with the dentist was more than satisfactory.

Just my annual cleaning and what a wonderful staff, hygienist, just all around comfortable experience. All staff & medical staff extremely warm& friendly
So fortunate this dental office arrived in our nearby Olympia home area. Oh and Danger, danger, danger….LOL- some local yummy meatball subs within the same plaza my hubby & I frequent.

LOVED IT! Loved the office, the atmosphere, the staff and the service! SO professional. I felt 100% comfortable and confident I chose the perfect dental office for me.

10 stars out of 5!!! Amazing, friendly staff. So kind & explain everything they do. I usually avoid my dental care due to be scolded about my teeth, not feeling well-informed, but this one experience changed my entire outlook on going to the dentist. Cant wait to go back!

A really great office. The waiting area is inviting and has a nice area for kids. All staff are friendly and professional. Procedure area is comfortable with up to date equipment. They are timely and efficient and work well with all ages.
