Automotive Artistry LLC

This was not my first time going to Automotive Artistry, so I can attest that they are consistently excellent. This time, I was actually helping out a friend - an elderly lady whose Jeep's brakes were defective. I told them it wasn't an urgent case, but they still got on it the same day.
Everyone I've dealt with at this business goes above and beyond! I needed to come back and retrieve some of the Jeep owner's personal effects from the vehicle, and Brian followed up with me later to ensure I'd been able to do that. Completely unexpected.
But let me tell you about my first experience with Automotive Artistry: Last year, the A/C went out on our Honda CRV, and a friend highly recommended we take it to this business. After examining the car, and finding the problem, they let me know that Honda had extended the warranty on that part. I was able to take the car to the dealer and have it repaired UNDER WARRANTY! It would have been a very pricey fix, too.
So, yes, this is the place to go, if you want it done right, by people who are skilled, friendly, and have integrity. What else could you ask for?

I highly recommend them for all your engine needs. They got me in fast for a diagnostic and were fairly priced. They got all the recommended work done within 1.5 business days and were very communicative. Justin and the other staff I interacted with were very respectful and personable.

Greatly enjoying my experiences at Automotive Artistry. Both my cars are over 15 years old now so they’re starting to need bigger repairs. They’ve been quick to diagnose issues and fix them. I’m glad to drive up to them from Centralia for their work and will continue to recommend them to others.

New to the area and needed to find a good automotive repair provider.
This is the place!! Good phone call experience, I was heard and helped without judgement. Not talked down to or felt not worthy of their time.
I had prepurchased the part thinking I was going to do it myself. Due to unforeseen surgery, I needed the professionals at that point.
So my O2 sensor was put in at a good rate in a timely fashion all the way around.
I will reach out to them again in the future.

Super friendly! Great customer service, which is hard to find in this industry. Quick, honest, and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend and will return for any future car troubles.

They rebuilt transmission, replaced drums and some other work on my 65 Mustang. Totally awesome place! Excellent customer service and communication! Taking back to have any more work I may need on my car!! Highly recommend!!

On the pricier side, but for the quality of service, know what they're talking about, and won't try to screw you over like some of these smaller shops try and do. Will always go back to them for any work I need to do.

Amazing company and staff! We take all our fleet vehicles as well as personal vehicles to Automotive Artistry and have for over 10 years. They are always quick to get us in especially when we have an emergency. Very quick turn around and great work. We have never had to take a vehicle back due to the problem not being resolved. The only time we had to wait an extended period of time for a repair to be done was when a dealer part had to be ordered and they drug their feet on sending it out... Looking forward to many more years doing business with these guys!!

One of my daughters who owns a local business recommended these folks based on her experience. She said they were competent, honest, and fair.
I have had them (on 4 or 5 visits) provide routine maintenance on an older low mileage vehicle I want to keep in top shape. They have proven to be all of the above, as well as friendly and organized.
The guy at the front desk schedules me and calls as soon as the car is ready, and it has always been quicker than expected.
I paid a well known tire company to replace the struts on my old vehicle that had nary a squeak or noise. When I got it back there was a disturbing "thump" when I hit a bump...
I took it back twice and it was not resolved. It really bothered me!
I took it to Automotive Artistry and within minutes they discovered that one of the struts was not tightened correctly. Problem solved, no additional charge!
That was the "kicker" for writing this review!

Excellent Service
This place turned my 1970 GMC P.U. and 1974 Trailduster into everyday commuters (if I so choose) for a very fair price. They made sure that everything was fine tuned before I took my vehicles back. Justin is a great communicator and was always available to discuss anything that pertained to my vehicles and was always timely with his responses to my emails.

Great work Matt did on my truck and I will be bringing my truck here from now on. They are polite and friendly. They offer outstanding service and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a lift put on with large tires and rims. Looks better than I could have imagined.

Fantastic service. Needed some suspension work and Justin helped with recommendations. Car now handles much better and I paid less than what I thought I would.

Brought in my truck for a/c repair. They asked what was wrong with it. Other than it not working, nothing I told them was correct about it and I even handed it over to them without an a/c belt without telling them. (In my defense, I didn't know that my brother-in-law had removed it because he said it was making noise.) Despite all that, they figured out what was wrong and fixed it. The service was friendly and professional. They even charged me about 25% less than the original estimate. Next time I need diagnostics and repair, I'll be coming back to Automotive Artistry for sure!

On recommendation of Dan from Johnsons machine I brought my 14 Q5 in for a smoke test, and since a leak wasnt found, they went the extra mile and performed more tests even though they only charged me for the smoke test.

That's some good customer service, imho. I appreciate them eliminating a good amount of possibilities.

Budget constraints meant I have to go the rest of the way myself, but i want to say this is definitely a trustworthy shop, imho.

The kind that treats you right if you treat them right.

I highly recommend you give them a try if you're needing service.

The most pleasant mechanic experience I’ve had to date! I called right when they opened, they had me come in right after I’d called, looked at my car immediately, gave me a reasonable quote and had my car fixed the same day before lunch. Will be going back here for all my car needs and will definitely recommend to everybody else!

Had an issue, and was able to take it in to be fixed same day unlike 3 other places that required scheduled appointments. It wasn't resolved the first time since I had requested they focus on a sound coming from the rear wheel, and they made it right the second time with fair and reasonable pricing! Justin rocks!

I'm super impressed so far. Informative, clear, courteous, helpful, and timely communication from setting up the service and inspection appointment through the time the car was in the shop. Reasonable and fully transparent about prices, fair and budget conscious. Excellent work, judging by how well my car runs and by their careful diagnosis and fixing of a problem that mechanics at 2 previous shops that I valued and that do good work, did not resolve over multiple inspections and servicing. I had not even bothered to ask the pros at Automotive Artistry about this problem, having come to believe that "that's just the way it (this car) is." But they paid attention, noticed it and fixed it - really thorough and knowledgeable. Experts. Last note, the shop looks organized and clean and the waiting area is comfortable, well-lit and clean.

I don’t even know where to start. These guys are great to work with. We have a fleet of 9 vehicles that we bring to automotive artistry. From basic oil changes to major repairs, we trust them with all of our vehicles, even our personal vehicles we bring in. One thing that I like is we tell them to fix what needs to be done and they are honest about what needs to be fixed. And we always leave with paying less than we expect. They are honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You won’t find a better shop in town.

Can not recommend enough. My wife drives for work so we are getting oil changes every 4-6. We save so much compared to using a deal ship. They’ve also done great work with engine repair for my old truck, brakes and just about everything in between. Fast, professional, wwell priced.

Wow. This shop is BEYOND AMAZING. The care, compassion, honesty, and integrity of everyone here is incomparable. Justin and his crew go above and beyond to take care of the customer. The quality that is delivered is simply fantastic. To find a repair shop this day and age such as Automotive Artistry is incredibly rare. I can recommend these guys without any reservations.
