Arby's

The person taking our order Dallin was so amazing! They cooked our fries fresh for us and he offered us water while we waited. He was so kind and really took care of us the whole time we were there! Fantastic customer service!

They were very busy and when it took a little longer to get us our order they offered us free shakes for us and our two sons. We appreciated the offer. With how busy they were they handled everything very well. They were very helpful and friendly. When we're back in Cedar City again we will definitely come here to get some food.

This is Arby’s. You have to love the fact that no matter which one you go to, you’re going to get similar food experience. I’ve been to this Arby’s from out of town many times over the last few years. I continue to come back because the facility is clean, the food is great, and the staff is always polite. I can guarantee it’s going to be a good experience. Give it a shot and come on in. You’ll like it.

We've enjoyed Arby's sandwiches for years, from the roast beef to their fish, French dip, and corned beef sandwiches.

Expected decent corned beef on my sandwich unfortunately was pressed processed and tasteless was sad the sandwich used to be great disappointed

Nice but they where kinda slow fir the short line they had but they where at least nice

They always get my order right, and this time I had a particularly friendly, cheerful, and helpful drive thru employee that helped us (the receipt said Riley was our cashier). Usually everyone is pretty friendly and they're quick to let us know when something is out of stock.

We went to the drive thru, Our order was reasonably fast. We were asked to pull forward. When the server brought our food it didn't have all the sauces, he returned quickly and was extremely pleasant. The food was hot and prepared properly. All in all a job well done.

The food is Great. The service is very very very slow. Very friendly. 🌞🌞

DON’T GO AFTER 8pm. I understand staffing shortages, but I drive for doordash which makes a 52 min wait (not exaggerating) tough to deal with.

If a manager is reading this, do what your friends across the street at KFC did and allow the lobby to be open for online orders and delivery workers ONLY. Don’t take orders, simply place prepared food there. That would help you and us.

ALSO, to the owner, please don’t simply respond to this with his standard “sorry, please fill this out” message. Consider my feedback and try to figure it out.

PS: the staff was great and doing their best, so no ill feelings toward them. Management should just try to manage things better.

Arby’s has made it possible for online orders and food delivery pick-ups to go inside and pick up food. Thank you for considering and doing something, kudos.

Aron is amazing. Aron let us know that there was going to be a wait because of being short staffed. He managed are expectations and provided great customer service! Food was good to.

Came in yesterday to order 2 shakes and tenders. Assistant general manager was on cashier to help me. Have to say he was on point . Food came out fast and he was helpful and asked if I had enough dipping sauce to. Exceptional service. Thanks!!

Decent wait for it being lunch, maybe 5-6 minutes most? For it being lunch and with the drive thru being full (I went inside), can say I received my order quickly and accurately. Was delicious too!

Getting food took a bit longer this time but it was so worth it!! Riley and aaron at 11:30pm were so polite and wonderful!! (Especially Riley as he was at the window) they explained why it was taking longer which was fine and even checked in to update us on a time frame. They got everything correct in our order which is a rare occurance and they were so great!!! Please give them a raise if possible!!

Delivery Drivers: Typically I wouldn't give a drive thru only place 4 stars, but I feel like this is one of the best. Once you tell them your order name, they will tell you to pull around so they can bring it out curbside instead of forcing you to wait in the rest of the line. Also, orders seem to be started before you get there unlike some other places nearby.

Edit: You can also call them if the line to the drive thru is really backed up, and they will tell you to pull around front. Also, the lobby is now open I believe. Changing to 5 stars.

They were short staffed (who isn't) and were very nice, told me about the wait, and got everything right.

We always love Arby's. They always have fresh food and friendly staff. With the virus stuff going on though I think they tend to forget about those who walk in to get their food. I waited for over 25 minutes for my food while they focused on the drive thru.

Its Arby's! Its great food, decent prices and decent staff. The place is clean and great, if you want some good food and the best fries of any fast food place hit it up! Never forget the slider menu but you cant go wrong with a great french dip or the classic cheddar and roast beef.
