Responsive and extremely helpful. Advocated to get me a refund from PSE within a week. Thank you all for your support! This is why utilities need to be publicly regulated!

Good to see that justice finally came to the agency with "Diamond" Dave Danner and Ann Rendahl being in hot water.

Won’t allow PSE to show rate increase on bills that are directly related to political policies. You SHOULD be an advocate for transparency. Instead you chose to hide what these policies are costing the consumers. You say the reason behind this decision is it will be confusing to the consumer. That is an insult! Shame on you!

Another useless government agency set up as shell for the Government Sponsored Entity AKA as utility companies, the result of which is no actions on behalf of consumers will ever be taken

An agency that is supposed to watch out for consumers and regulate utility companies, what a joke! 3 rate hikes approved for Pacific Power in a 5 month period, May, August and October. Also allowing company to bill customer’s for a 34 to 35 day billing cycle, adding an extra burden to the individual while allowing the company to take in extra millions every month. Washington State with 130,000 customers, approximately, using my own daily cost for this month was $5.02 so an extra $20.08. Now take that by 130,000 that’s an extra $2,610,400 that Pacific Power took in. How is this watching out for the individual customers. You need to change your mission from fair and reasonable rates to sorry we’re going to allow utilities to get unreasonable increases in profits while suggesting to the individual to seek out charity.

I spoke to a customer service agent named Benito regarding our complaints Waste Management and their yard waste pick up. I was very clear in my communications being discriptive regarding our yard waste being placed in paper recycleable bags. He kept on getting the conversation mixed up that we were using plastic bags, this agent had a terrible time understanding our complaints. He was threatening to hang up on us ? I left a message with his supervisor I thought he was scatterbrained and unprofessional while he was on the phone. Thumbs down to the commission in not doing their job that we the tax payers pay their salery.

Made it illegal for PSE to list increase charges on the bill like you think you can pull a fast one.

Would not take a complaint from me regarding a very elderly fragile woman who has been without phone service for 18 days now-CenturyLink in Spokane because it was not my phone number. She is not able herself to file. Worthless commission
