Hello! My name is Eric, I was unhappy with my current insurance provider, and in looking for a new quote I was contacted by Patrick and the American family team. Not only was my new rate beyond great, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Patrick did an amazing job at walking me threw the process and was extremely friendly. I don't leave reviews very often but Patrick and the team went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated the help tremendously!

I chose American Family because of the wonderful experience I had in the past. Once I purchased my new home I knew where I wanted my home owners insurance from. Chris and his wonderful team far exceeded my expectations. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and don't mind when I call and forget why I called in the first place! The pricing was right up my alley and he recently forewarned me of the price increase they were having to pass to their customers, apologized for said increase, explained what it entailed and offered to find other ways I could keep my payments low.
