They are very kind and patient. My son loves to go there, he has nonverbal autism and the hairdresser chats with him the whole time and is very gentle with his sensory needs. He always comes out looking good even though he doesn't usually keep his head still. The waiting area is great for kids, it's gated in with toys for entertainment. Lots of very cute hair cutting chairs to sit in and tvs.

This was a really fun experience. Many of the chairs are push cars. The little one wanted to drive all of them. The haircut was masterful. The little one keeps asking to go back.

Love taking my two kiddos for hair cuts here. Have a 3 yr old boy and 11 yo girl and the cuts turn out excellent and both get service done at the same time and then we are out. :)

Wow. First professional hair cut on my 3 year old son and it was a wonderful experience. I called at 11am, was scheduled for 1pm the same day and we were back in the truck all buckled up and leaving at 1:37 and not a single moment of it was rushed. The haircut was absolutely perfect and worth every penny at $22 but I added a generous tip as the guy that cut his hair was so good with not only him, but so efficient with his time, tools and method. I will be happy to recommend this place to any of my friends with young children.

I believe stylist name was jeanenne, (prob butchered the spelling) she was so good with my son, such good atmosphere, so kind and patient ,was my 2nd experience here and even better than the last. We drive from shelton because there are no salons with such a good welcoming places for young kids, and I will continue to use them for my son, and referring my sisters and friends to get their kids hair cuts there as well.

Was out and about, looked at my son and decided it was time for his first haircut. They were super nice taking us as a walk in. The haircut was quick and perfect! My son loves dogs there are dogs but they aren’t roaming free they’re in their own area blocked off in the front. Some of these other reviews might be a tad on the bitter side but they sure scared me for a second. Glad I came anyways! Will be our go to spot

Absolutely love this salon and the stylist. I forgot to get her name, but she was considerate and communicated a lot with me and my 3 kiddos. I really appreciate the time she took with each of them and the price was amazing for 3 kids with such long hair. Will be returning in the future.

First haircut for our toddler, and our stylist put the adults at ease while giving our little one a great cut! Barber stations in a variety of vehicles and TV's showing cartoons helped provide a nice distraction and we received a memorable certificate with his baby curls taped on to remember the moment.

Great experience. So patient with my son who is VERY difficult with haircuts. Will come back again!

Great place to take your kid for hair cut at a young age. Theyre very patient and the lobby is setup to keep the kids comfortable and busy with toys. They'll play a movie to help entertain them while they get their haircut. I will definitely be bringing my son back.

They did great with my son he’s 15 months old and was nervous but she was patient with him and she even helped us decide a haircut that would fit him we decided on a mullet and it is so cute!

I have been taking my adventurous son here since he was a tiny tot. I was so nervous the first time we went in but the staff there made us feel welcomed and “normal” with the active toddler we had who was clearly uninterested in the event. The distractions available are amazing and incredibly effective. My son now asks me to take him here for a hair cut and looks forward to the time he spends there. He feels special and listened to and he always gets a treat at the end! This place is absolutely amazing! I keep coming back because of the service and the smiles the whole experience brings our family. Keep up the great work!

I really love this place for getting my son's haircut and, actually my own. They always do a great Job with my sons hair, I do not recall ever having it look bad when we walk out of there.
When they cute my hair they always do a wonderful job, I actually enjoy getting my hair cut here more than other places, the girl who usually cuts my hair is always very nice, does a wonderful job, and I do not think I have ever been so happy with my hair cuts.
While I am getting my hair cute the kids can play in their little play area that they have with some toys, my daughter gets a little curious at times, and the manager even helps with my children while getting my hair cut.
They always make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
The prices are very normal for cuts, and I do not mind paying these prices because the environment, and people that work there are really great.

A great place for a first haircut! We took our 18 month old son here for his first haircut and I was very happy. My son was understandably upset when he first sat down and had the apron put on, but the stylist was very kind and patient and our son warmed up very quickly. The whole place is very clean and there are happy children everywhere. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. We also enjoyed the treasure box for a job well done!

My three year old son had a great experience at Jack and Jill's! They've got adorable "chairs" (cars, planes, horse saddles, ect!) and he was very excited to "drive the car". My son's hair is curly (also wild and unruly lol) and Ms. Mars did an awesome job, his cut looked great! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and great for kids, we will absolutely be going back!

I usually take my son to a different place. But he started throwing fits and not letting them cut his hair. We decided to come here, Mars did his cut and it was great. Yes he was fussing and moving around but she kept her cool and was very professional. It turned out great and we will be returning.

We’ve been here twice now and I highly recommend bringing your kids here. They know what they’re doing and are fast! Definitely more than I would like to pay for a child’s haircut but it’s well worth it!

They are absolutely amazing. I took my 17 month old son in for his first haircut and they did an amazing job. They kept him entertained and calm throughout the haircut. I would definitely recommend this place for any toddler parent.

My son has been getting his hair cut here since he was 16 months old and he's now He's almost 3. Staff is super sweet! Always nice and always do a great job on his hair. They also sell some amazing hair products for kids and I'm super picky about hair stuff but these smell amazing and leave my kids hair smelling so good. I highly recommend this place . They also have a small area for your kids to play while waiting. $21 for my sons hair cut and that's not bad because they do a good job and are have super nice staff.
