I just have to say how wonderful AFS is! Me and my little brother are very young to be planning a funeral but Bryan was there helping us every step of the way. He was very kind and answered every question we had. He took such wonderful care of my mother. He made sure everything was beyond perfect! He was very compassionate and caring. A week ago, I met with Bryan Randall at AFS. My father was very ill and I wanted information to be prepared for his passing. I had no idea that I'd be calling Bryan the next day to say my father had passed away. Bryan handled everything with such kindness and compassion. We all wondered what we would have done without him. Bryan made the whole difficult experience so much easier, he never tried to talk us into something more expensive, he just wanted us to be taken care of. He was a true blessing to our family and I couldn't be more grateful.

Bryan and the staff are amazing. We just lost our dear Dad, and we chose to go with Affordable Funeral Services. As painful and heartbreaking as this time is, we could not have made a better choice for Dad. From the beginning, the staff was very professional, but also extremely compassionate. They were accomodating with all of our questions, and we had a few hiccups (on our side of things) that they were very patient with and helped us navigate the whole process. We were pleased with how they prepared Dad for the viewing. During the viewing and also the service, they added some sweet extra gestures that really went a long way with me. Suffice it to say, it was very personal to the departed and the family left behind, and I was, quite frankly, kind of shocked at the lengths they went to make this moment a little less painful. It's very comforting to know that while you are stuck in a fog after having just lost a dear loved one, you have someone on your side to help you through it all. Where to begin? The director and assistant were very compassionate, professional, and offered options that would work for the family! It never felt like a business or a sale! The talant they had in preparing my grandma's body for our final goodbye was the most beautiful I've ever seen and it set my heart at peace! There are so many little extras and wonderful suprises for the family and mourners that are provided that help heal and calm... we were very pleased and able to have a beautiful tribute for our loved one... Will definitely work with them again!
