I went to the Dr. The other day because I needed a referral for Olympia orthopedic. I had been suffering terribly from sciatica in my hip to my knee. Well of course 2 day's before my appointment it just stopped hurting. I decided to go in and meet my new Dr. And get something else checked out. She was absolutely wonderful. I definitely was impressed by her knowledge and I felt completely satisfied with my appointment. The sweet nurse that brought me in to get my information on updating since last appointment was the sweetest person ever! I was very impressed with the fact that she was so friendly and very good at her job. I was totally impressed with the fact that I lost 30 pounds since I was there about 6 months ago. I had a different Dr. But she was not working there anymore so I was pleasantly surprised on the way I felt about the new Dr. I was given and her assistant. I loved the one before also but this ended up being a great fit for me. I think that I would recommend anyone that is looking for a great Dr. The clinic has been remodeled and it was nice. I have to give this a 5 star 🌟 rating for the fact that I felt so comfortable and very much felt that the Dr. Cares about her patients. She gave me time to explain things and was wonderful on listening to my feelings. I am happy that I actually have a Dr. That I am feeling incredibly fortunate to have. Thanks to all of you that work in Panorama Clinic! You are absolutely awesome!!

Dr. Elliott is the most wonderful, caring, and focused primary care doc I have seen in a LONG time. I take my Mom & Stepdad to her for Primary Care and she acts like doctors did before the medical system became broken. She takes time to understand her patients, listens to them, coaches, and willingly takes care of the reams of forms, paperwork, and processes that an elderly patient requires. Highly recommend both her and the team at Providence Panorama.

I've been coming here for over 27 years. Been through 3 doctors, they are all great people. My husband also comes here and is very happy with the people we've dealt with. Oh the lady that draws blood is excellent. I'm hard to find veins but she always does it!!!

It is wonderful to have physicans who treat elder patients. They are very familiar with the "later-in life" challenges. They have directed me to appropriate care...e.g. "balance training", when it was needed. I have seen various doctors when I've had an "urgent" need, and they have all given me great care. I don't have to give each doctor a "history" because they use the charts to identify needs and possible issues. I've never felt rushed. The nurses are also excellent. On several occasions, I've talked on the phone with a nurse, and they are able to advise, or work with the schedulers, to get me in if the issue is immediate. EVERYONE is very patient. It is also helpful that they have a blood draw lab and pharmaceutical nurse right on site.

This clinic is specifically geared for 55+ patients. Clean, nice landscaped facility. I was a new patient. Filled out the paperwork and was set up with an apt promptly. I was treated great. Love Dr. Geng and her nurse Amanda, they're wonderful and easy to talk to and ask questions. They were respectful, professional and understood my need to be seen to keep on my meds. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking. Three people I know recently switched to this Clinic and are very satisfied.

Never felt the need to switch medical providers until going to this and other Providence facilities for over a decade. I'd typed out basically a three page report on issues I've faced interacting with Providence medical group but will realized how awful my experiences with these "healthcare providers" have been and just deleted it.
If you have insurance and just need to see a physical therapist can recommend thus the 2 star review otherwise Providence earned a 1.

Some of the staff do not know what they are doing and are very rude. One lady told me that my perfectly fine insurance card isn't valid and had me go back home and bring more paperwork, only to have another lady tell me that it is the correct insurance card. The other lady was very nice though. Also, the wait to talk to them on the phone is an hour long and when I do get on the phone with them, they are very unhelpful and rude when I am experiencing health issues. This is not how a healthcare clinic should be run.

I am writing this because I think all the new members to this clinic should know that if you need to be seen the same day it will not happen there. I have been going in this clinic for a few years now, I have tried twice to get a same day appointment. Not only you can't get one but the younger gal who works the front counter is NOT NICE.. I now will tell you what happen. I was in their clinic on Tuesday 15,2016 my mother has a appointment to get her blood checked with Amanda (We Love Her) I was having major back pain to the point I could not hardly walk into the clinic. I asked Tess if there was any openings today? I got a NO! Not whats happening not a nothing. I am a care taking of my Mother who is 101 I can't be down, she apparently did not care! I just want to tell you don't expect professional customer service at the front counter.... I really debated if I should even do a review, except on their web site states same day appointments....

When Dr Renney was my family's doctor (my mom, my uncle, and my 2nd cousin, all elderly individuals, they were all well cared for. Dr Renney retired and the only nice thing I can say is that his nurse, Amber was a real blessing. Amber is well educated in her profession and has an awesome bedside manner. Apparently A Female so called doctor Dr. GENG, pronounced like the game jenga offered to take on doctor Renneys patients. I'm not sure this woman has any grasp of the hypcratic oath. My cousin had been on medications for years, through several doctors and pain clinics.dr. Geng took it soon herself to take him off of addictive medications one was a narcotic analgesic and the other was a benzodiazapine prescription prescribed for his anxiety, both conditions are debilitating and he was very much dependent on these meds in order to enjoy any quality of life.Upon her refusing to prescribe his medications, he of course had horrible withdrawal symptoms and that doesn't even touch on his original conditions which came back with a vengeance. Ms. Geng refused to give him anything to even semi control his blood pressure, cold sweats jerking etc. My cousin is 74 yrs old as has never abused lost or taken more than prescribed yet she wouldn't give him any relief, instead punishing him for some perceived wrong that she failed to share with us. As I was pleading with her to please help him she started "opiate withdrawal never killed anyone."I beg to differ as I knew a teacher in Spokane who's husband was withdrawing and he stepped in front of a semi-truck traveling at a70mph rate of speed he just couldn't take the pain. People have also suffered strokes and heart failure so the cause of death would be something else technically but brought on by withdrawal. As a Dr? She would or should know that.

The care here is so poor that I switched insurance so I could go to a better provider. Providence is the worst provider I have ever had, and they never respond to complaints about their poor service and care.
