Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Positive Experience. One curious thing though: As I was filling out my survey giving rave reviews, the survey asked why I didn’t get my radiator checked. Funny, as I asked how the fluid level was and was told: “It’s fine.” Apparently this was a recommended service, not suggested. I also did notice they didn’t ask about wiper blades, check lights as they used to. I was not particularly upset over it, just wondering. Otherwise, no issues related to the service provided.

I have been going to Valvoline for several years now, primarily because of location near my home. However, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable ans accommodating. They explain what the computer says I may need to have done in addition to the oil change, but give absolutely no pressure on doing them.

Not only did I receive great service at a fair price, but Harley helped to find an issue that I would not have been able to do without his assistance. This company will not try to oversell on anything which speaks highly regarding their values! Overall they had saved me over $300! Very happy!

First visit here and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, communicative and respectful of my time. While they didn't check my blinkers or anything, I can't say I'm upset it about it. The dealer does my in depth inspections, etc. and because I was more concerned about time today, a timely, in and out oil change is what I was looking for and what I received. The dealer takes two hours for an oil change, this took roughly 20-30 minutes. My expectations were met and I will use them again.

My spouse and I have been going to them for years for oil changes and they have always been excellent, and honest. I recently went in to get my oil changed and they checked the oil and showed me that it didn't need to be replaced yet. They could have easily taken my money for an unnecessary service, but instead, were honest and let me know when I needed to come back. They even topped all fluids for free. They've also helped my spouse multiple times when we were having issues with the oil cap in our other car.

I've always had great experiences with them, and especially appreciate an honestly run business, which is so hard to find these days! We will definitely be back. 5 stars!

Came in on a Sunday and they were out of my oil filter (they get a new shipment on Mondays) but they topped my oil off at no charge. Employees were great people.

The best customer service I've had in years anywhere. I never expected that getting my oil changed somewhere would be a fantastic experience. I arrived at closing and the manager apologized that they wouldn't be able to change my oil that night and warmly invited me back the next day. He wasn't frustrated or put out like most people would have been.

The next day, the his team was polite, professional, respectful, friendly conversational, efficient, followed safety protocols, and made a simple experience of an oil change a positive, memorable experience.

If I lived in the area, and hadn't been traveling, I would never have my oil changed anywhere else again.

I have spent 3+ decades in customer service and management. I know how rare it is to find employees who care, and provide legendary customer service. Oftentimes, people focus on the negative experiences they have with businesses, and fail to recognize the good experiences. I didn't want to miss an opportunity to recognize that there are still places out there that are doing it right.

My sons in the car even commented about how great it was and that they must have a great manager. I agree. It was such a great experience, that a week later I'm still thinking about it, and I made sure to take the time to write a recommendation. I highly recommend this business.

I have been coming here for years. It's the only place in town that I trust to give me an oil change and other services. Everyone that works here is super nice and never pushy ever and I absolutely adore that. I always trust them to take good care of my car before we go on our road trips.

Fantastic service! There were many people working and they were so in sync with each other. The open communication with each other was also great! They were 100% honest in their work and did not try to over sell anything as well. I recommend them!!

These guys are awesome and got me fixed up. They also noticed my military ID and provided me a military discount. That's always a plus in my book.

Did a great job, the team they got working there now is great. no BS no trying to avoid any services (like some other places iv experienced ) . straight to the point. Professional. give these guys and gals a raise. and keep'em.

Reading some of the reviews almost made me nervous to bring my husband's truck here but I'll tell you I was pleasantly surprised.. The team was friendly, professional, quick, and thorough! I went on a Thursday around lunch and was kindly greeted by Sidney who communicated through the service. Tanner did the topside and bottomside work and the pair communicated clearly and politely. It was phenomenal customer service all in all and I was able to use a coupon from their website.

I felt like they were honest and trustworthy sources for an oil change. They notified me of an issue with my car and gave me options on what could be done to fix it without being pushy. Very happy with my experience.

Yesterday I took my Tundra, today I took my Charger. Both required oil changes. Simple and I'd rather pay for the service than do the oil change myself. The team was professional and polite. Valvoline products have always been one of my go to automotive oils for years.
